This two bedroom plus loft condo has three full bathrooms. Recently remodeled, this condo features a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, washer/dryer, a stone fireplace with unlimited firewood, brand new mattresses and high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, high-end cooking toys and all the basics. It’s comfortable and perfect for a family getaway with friends.

Whether you're going for a ski weekend in the winter, or for hiking, biking and boating in the summer, you will find this location perfect and the accommodations comfortable and homey. This is my vacation home, not a rental property in the traditional sense. I am looking for renters who will treat my home respectfully and with the care they would their own home.

The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was very responsive to inquiries. The location is excellent for skiing in and out of Canyon Lodge. I would definitely stay heere again. Thank you!

Great stay and awesome location

Abbie couldn't have been a more accommodating guest to our group. She was attentive and thoughtful prior to arrival and was always helpful should I needed to reach her. A 4 minute walk from Canyon lodge is tough to beat!

Great Ski in Ski Out

Abbie’s attention to detail and service, as well as the property were incredible! The hot tub was a cozy covered spot to enjoy the falling snow. The location was a quick walk/ride from Canyon Lodge.

Outstanding property!

We had a great experience - the home was very well equipped for our family of five and we particularly enjoyed the kitchen amenities. The kids loved the loft space! Owner was VERY communicative and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location with friendly service

Communication with Abbie was ease and always great. She answered every questions within minutes. The cleanliness of the house was top notch and the location of property is great.

Great location. Perfect for 4 adults and kids.

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge for skiing and the gondola to the village. The house was clean, and updated and had plenty of household items to make the stay easy after a trip to the super market. Abbie was very delightful and easy to get in touch with when we had a question. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Everything

We could not have been happier. Abbie was super helpful and responsive for any question we had. The location is amazing (even in ski boots), the condo has everything you need, and the layout is very family friendly. We had a great time and will be back.

Best Mammoth Experience ever!

House is walking distance to the Canyon lounge. Great host, easy communicate and super helpful. We love kitchen and all stuff. All beds are super comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Safe for kids.

Awesome condo with short walk to Canyon Lodge

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is perfect for skiers/snowboarders, allowing you to come back for lunch and recharge, if you like. The kitchen is much nicer than at other condos in Mammoth. It is fully stocked with pans, knives, utensils and even basic spices and oil. This condo feels more like someone’s home, not a sterile rental. Abbie is very responsive and the checkin process was a breeze.

Mammoth chamonix

If I could give a higher star for the property owner Abbie, I would. For any minor issue or question she would respond immediately. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. The enclosed hot tub was about 40 yards from the room and we had it all to ourselves after skiing both days. It is very close to canyon lodge, easy walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo... Great stay... Amazing Location. We LOVED IT!!!

Just spent 3 night at this lovely condo, and had the best time. I have been staying near eagle lodge all the past years, but this location just put the vacation over the top. Abbie the owner was super nice, and very accommodating. The condo has everything you need for your family vacation. Its super cozy and the location is superb; Less than 4 minutes walk ( Kids Pace ) to canyon lodge lift, and to the gondola that takes to to the village for shopping/restaurants. Defiantly an A+ experience. You will see us again.

Convenient to slopes

Overall, a good stay. Plenty of room and lots of supplies (kitchen, etc.) were provided. Very nice area at front door to remove and stow gear and coats. Short walk to Canyon Lodge lifts. With all the snow, the convenient path to rec room and outdoor hot tubs was blocked so it was a longer walk (4-5min?) to find them.

This place is FANTASTIC! WE had one of the best family vacation's ever! The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable in every way! You can walk in and feel very much at home. Everything is high quality from the bed linens to the kitchen supplies etc.! Perfect for a family get together! The location is ideal and the tram to the village is very close by. Chamonix also has a wonderful pool and rec center. Looking forward to spending some time there next summer! WE highly recommend this place! The owner is wonderful to work with and made it very easy and convenient. LOVED IT!

Perfect Ski Spot

Abbie's place is the perfect location for skiing in Mammoth, located 3-5 min walk away from Canyon lodge, getting to the mountain in the morning can not get any easier. The place is large with plenty of room for a big group, great open space living and dining area for group dinners after a day of skiing. The jacuzzi is steps away from the house. The beds were comfy, and having 3 showers in the house means no one is waiting long. Abbie was great at checking in and communicating from the start and made us feel very welcome. Overall the place was perfect for a weekend getaway on the mountain and I would 100% recommend it to anyone

Amazing location just a short walk from Canyon Lodge

I stayed here with my family (6 of us in total), primarily because of its location, which is right next to Canyon Lodge. Prior to our arrival, communication with the host (Abbie) was frequent and very helpful- we had no questions upon our arrival, and the check-in went very smoothly. When we arrived, the property was meticulously clean, and everything was in good working order. The host provided a lot of things that are not the usual for VRBO properties, or other short-term rentals; such as various disposable kitchen implements (paper towels, trash bags, spices, coffee filters, etc.). There was also skin lotion in pretty much every room, along with tissues, which as anyone who visits the mountains knows are essential! Overall our stay was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Mammoth!

Spacious condo at a great location

Condo was great and spacious. Abbie was great to communicate with. Lots of kitchen supplies to utilize. Best part of the condo was its proximity to Canyon Lodge. Just a short uphill walk and the lodge was within sight. Friends were envious of the condo's location relative to the lodge. Parking at the condo was not a problem. Would stay again.

Family Ski Trip

I work in marketing in Los Angeles. I have two hilarious kids, young men ages 20 and 22. We love to get away for ski weekends with our friends, but can't go as often as we'd like. So I've decided to rent my place out when we can't be there.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I started skiing when my kids were little. We all love it so much that I decided to look into buying a place. But I didn't want to invest in Mammoth unless I knew I would visit year round. We went up last summer and were surprised that we enjoyed the mountains even more in the summer. Well, maybe not more, but certainly equally. The Eastern Sierras are just so beautiful and there's so much to do up there.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location is really the best thing about my place. It's literally a four minute walk to Canyon Lodge, even when carrying ski equipment. It's so nice to have a quick trip home after a long day of skiing and chill out in front of the beautiful fireplace. There is unlimited firewood. I love group trips so when I remodeled, I made sure that I could fit a dining table where ten people can sit together comfortably. It's perfect for two families or for a group of adults. It's a beautiful place.
