Plus, you can get a bit of fresh air as you step through the sliding glass door that leads to an open patio and access to a lawn/garden area. When it is time to hit the hay, the upper level includes a full bath and semi-private bedroom with a 32' flatscreen TV, and access to the private balcony that leads to outdoors. When you want to have a bit of fun in the sun, the pool and spa are very close where you can read a book in bliss as you tan. Plus, there will be no better way to end each day than sitting by the wood stove with a warm cup of cocoa in hand!

This charming mountain retreat boasts a prime location only one mile away from Mammoth Lakes, which means entertainment and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Mammoth Mountain (six miles away) offers the chance to try several outdoor activities that include skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and more! The Snow Creek Golf Course is nearby as well if any of you would like to try and practice your swings.

-- The pool is only available during summer months.

-- Please remember to bring your own Pool/Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
