You live in a 62m ² large 3-room apartment, located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, TV, radio, dining area and kitchen (stove, dishwasher, coffee maker). A room with double bed, a bedroom with tandem bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. WiFi optionally available2 terraces, a parking space at the house

AN OASIS IN THE GREEN IN A QUIET CENTRAL LOCATIONThe "Wohnpark an der Mühle" complex in the Cubanzestrasse was built in 1996. The apartments can be reached in the individual houses via external wooden stairs. These and many other wooden elements give the "Wohnpark an der Mühle" complex its own style. Each apartment has a spacious terrace or balcony, sometimes two, which invite you to relax.  In this extensive complex there is also a barbecue area, a gazebo and some games for children. Our guests have a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for a fee in a separate washhouse. Each apartment has a car parking lot, partly as a carport parking space.    OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "My Bike at the Sea" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.
