The Residence at Northstar is an excellent choice if you want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Lake Tahoe and its surrounding neighborhoods. Unwind and rejuvenate in the spacious comfort of your 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo, where you can relax and recharge. Whether you seek outdoor adventure or simply a peaceful respite, The Residence at Northstar provides the perfect sanctuary for your Lake Tahoe getaway.

In 10-15 minutes you can be at the water’s edge in Kings Beach or in downtown Truckee for community events such as music, markets and festivals. After a day of adventure and exploration, retreat to the tranquility of your private haven at The Residence.

Northstar California is also home to one of California’s largest mountain bike parks. They offer lift serviced access to single track, cross-country and downhill mountain biking trails as well as bike rentals and bike shop services.

The NPOA Recreation Center, a mere two-minute walk, provides activities to keep you busy all day including: basketball, bocce ball, a fully appointed gym, nature trails, swimming pools, spas, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a children's playground and splash pad. Additionally, Northstar Tennis features comprehensive clinics, social gatherings, and multi-day programs designed for all..

The Northstar California Golf Club is less than 2 miles from your condo. It is an 18 hole, par 72 (men and women) course that welcomes all golfers. There are amazing views and two unique nines. The course was designed to integrate rugged, wooded sites with wavy, challenging bunkers and putting greens.

When you run out of energy from playing all over Tahoe, experience the family friendly atmosphere and become part of The Residence at Northstar when you stay with us. Relax in your spacious residence or head out our front door to experience everything the Northstar Village has to offer. Watch movies or play games with the family in the open and bright living room or unwind in the privacy of your own bedroom with a flat screen TV.

During your stay, you are invited to a daily, private, complimentary continental breakfast and come socialize after a day of playing at our complimentary Happy Hour each evening, with the exception of Wednesday's and Thursday's.

Your spacious residence has a fully appointed kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV, fireplace, and washer/dryer. In the living room, you'll have cable TV as well as complimentary designated high speed wireless internet throughout your residence. The 3 bedroom residence sleeps 6; two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The maximum occupancy in the residence is 8. Rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options. The main bedroom has a 5 piece bath with a large whirlpool tub. The additional bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and double vanity sinks. Housekeeping services are available on a daily basis to make beds, empty garbage and tidy up your space.

The kitchens are fully appointed and equipped for a small family dinner or a larger holiday meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4 burner electric glass top stove, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, and all other cooking items either in your kitchen or available by request to the front desk. You’ll also have access to multiple gas grills on our patio.

We offer complimentary parking for one car in our temperature controlled ground floor parking garage and another complimentary space (first come, first serve) behind our building. Parking passes are available at the front desk upon arrival.

We strive to make your family vacation memorable with a front desk staff available to assist with your every need whether it be reservations at local restaurants or finding a babysitter for an evening out.
