Rest in this newly restored custom home with attention to detail throughout. Relax under the soaring vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan with four bedrooms (3 king size beds, one queen size and a pull out) A chef's kitchen with Viking and Bosch appliances. Enjoy the best of indoor outdoor living with the spacious patio and pool area.

BEDROOMS

-Two King size master bedroom ensuites.
-One King size bedroom with comfortable pillowtop mattress. Bathroom across the hall.
-One Queen size bedroom with a bathroom across the hall.
*Pull out sofa in the living room

KITCHEN AREA

The dining area, kitchen, and living room are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather to eat, relax and enjoy. Kitchen table seats six, island seats three and separate dining room seats six.

OUTDOOR

Enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living in this backyard oasis with a grill, gated private pool and diving board. Pool is refreshing and can be heated to 80F during winter months, additional fees apply for heating.

Washer/Dryer and complimentary high speed internet (500mbp/s) and WI-FI on site.

PARKING
Parking is limited to 3 cars total. Two spots available in the driveway and one space available in front of house.

Access to your professionally cleaned home is convenient. Property has on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors and door cameras.
*Pool heating takes a full day to heat. Heating fees apply $60/day
**All adult guests need to register with government ID
**Minimum age to rent is 25yrs old.
** No parties or events or gatherings permitted. Max guests 10. Unapproved guests will incur $25/pp fee. As well as additional cleaning fees.
**By booking you are acknowledging you have read all house rules and agree to follow.

I cannot say enough about this property, accommodations and overall enjoyment of all the Spanish Villa had to offer during our “staycation”! I highly recommend this property; it’s so peaceful & serene….when you are sitting on the back porch or around the pool, you would never even know you’re in the middle of the city!

Kitchen - pool - location

Location location location, the house is located in the perfect location to do everything Yuma has to offer. Perfect pool, great for relaxation and the veranda offers great shade for just hanging out. We have a chef in our family and she loved the kitchen for her amazing meals, Chris provided everything we needed for a great Italian Cuisine meal. The house is laid out perfectly for all members to enjoy their area and group time together. Chris is a amazing host

Perfect couples retreat

Beautiful property with amazing amenities for the price. We had such a fun trip with friends exploring local attractions and then spending time together around the pool, puzzles and the kitchen at this property. With two king bedrooms and bathrooms at different parts of the house, it was perfect for our two sets of couple friends.

Great place to stay. Wonderful layout for family to be together yet take space when wanted. Cabinets full of all the things needed to cook and enjoy the kitchen.

Amazing!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Spanish Villa!!! The house was amazing!!! We had plenty of room inside and out!!! We had everything we could need! Our host checked in to see how our stay was going and to see if we needed anything during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend staying here and know we will when we come back to the area!!!

Best rental ever!

We had such a great experience at this property. It was truly the best home we have ever rented. It was super clean and beautiful. It was spacious and airy. The pool was great! My kids loved swimming and we loved all the space. The owners made it super easy to check in and out. We will definitely be back!

Home away!!!

This house is AMAZING…. We didn’t want to leave! Beautiful home, inside and out! Pool isn’t heated so it is a bit chilly. The rooms on the side of the house that faces 14th is a bit noisy so if your a soft sleeper you may want to chose another room… kitchen is well stocked with utensils.. Chris the property manage was on top of everything, she even made sure we had ice for our arrival! An absolute gem!

Awesome house and amenities

This place was beautiful and very spacious. The place was set up for cooking and cleaning as needed and desired. Including grilling. The beds were all comfortable and the showers were very nice. The master bed and bath are where dreams are answered. The landlord were extremely helpful. The pool is gorgeous as well as the landscape. If it had been a heated pool it would have been unbelievably great. It was too cold for swimming while we were there. Highly recommend It has a few steps that make it not as wheelchair friendly as we hoped. Some work needed to be ADA compliant. But we made it work. Thanks for a great vacation.

We were blown away by this beautiful home. It's HUGE! The location was perfect. We had 6 people, (2 couples) and we had plenty of room. The host of very informative and helpful. Answered any question I had within mins. He even brought us fresh eggs. Very safe neighborhood and easy to find.10 stars in our book, zero complaints. Thank you for building a beautiful home.
