The primary bedroom will greet you with a soft bed and a private en suite bathroom with a copper soaking tub. Beautiful home and views!

This gorgeous, luxurious home had everything we needed for a summer vacation with two families! The inside of the wonderfully clean home is decorated beautifully and the multiple outdoor spaces were perfect for a relaxing week. The kids loved the bunk room and the theatre room (and so did the adults!) The views from every balcony and patio and even the hot tub were incredible. We loved being able to take a quick walk down to Main Street, and even a scenic trail walk to the Isak Heartstone Troll. This home is also a quick (3-4 minute) drive from the Breckenridge Gondola which we all enjoyed and will be great for ski season! We can't wait to come back in the wintertime to enjoy the views in the snow!!

Great location and views!

Our family enjoyed staying in this home during our vacation! The location is close to town, hiking trails, and has amazing views! We also enjoyed the pool table, plunge pool, hot tub, various decks and other amenities that allowed everyone something to do when back at home for the evening.

Gorgeous & Comforting

My family stayed for 6 days and felt so at ease in this beautiful home. We loved the spacious kitchen, stunning mountain views, and clean hot tub. Perfect house for a Christmas family gatheringā€¦ they decorated the main floor with festive decor which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, we hope to return!

This is a Beautiful home, easy to get to. it definitely had enough room for our four families with two teenagers and a three year-old. could use a little better cleaning, wish the living areas had some kind of cover on the top part of the windows to block the sun in the afternoon

The house has great views but is in poor condition. It was very dirty and needs a deep clean very badly. Spiderwebs, dust, filthy windows. I was promised a refund of my cleaning fee and have traded messages over 10 times and been waiting a month and it has not been received. Unacceptable. Do not book this home

Incredible home!

This house met our every needs-- from the stunning view, to the spacious living area and kitchen, to the many comfy king beds, and the wonderful amenities such as the hot tub, pool table, and movie room, there is no shortage of enjoyment in this home. Perfect for a family get-together or reunion, this place is unmatched! We could not get enough of the incredible view of the mountains from every window in the house as well the accessibility to town. We will certainly be back and can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful views and great location! The home needs a lot of repairs. One bathroom was not available, kitchen cabinet door fell off, hot tub not available! When we arrived late at night garage code did not work. We called and got the code for the front door lock box and were able to get in. If the owners are working on these repairs, the home has so much promise! Would rent again if all is fixed!

A yearly family Colorado vacation

A very nice house with views over Town of Breckenridge and the ski slopes on the other side of the town. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and the repairman could not fix it. There was a concrete ā€œpadā€ pored and worked on during our stay - assume it is for a future hot tub. Not something you expect to have to see during your vacation.. The little dipping pool was very cute. The messages you get from the rental company is very polite and standard responses. This could be possible be a #5 property but due to the problems we had to deal with we are giving it a 3.

Loved it but ā€¦

We loved the home, location and amazing view. The house was cleaned and presented well when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked w plenty of plates, pans, to feed a big crew and top appliances. Feedback fir the owners is the refrigerator would not close forcing us to keep more perishables in coolers. Not as bad as it sounds but needs to be fixed. Our only compliant is the pictures showed a hot tub, which when we arrived was not working. It may sound inconsequential but was a big disappointment for our crew, thus the 4 stars not 5. Would rent it again .. trying not to be knit picky because it is a lovely property.

Tired and Dirty

We've stayed at many VRBOs and other locations in Breckenridge and has was our most disappointing stay ever. The house was dirty, very dirty and just worn out and in need of a lot of maintenance. More than a dozen light bulbs were missing all over the house. We went to the store to buy light bulbs because two rooms had no lighting. The mst bath sinks were clogged and didn't drain. This house is managed by Vacasa and this seems to be the main problem. Vacasa has a history of these type of maintenance issures. There are lots of places to rent in Breckenridge. Stay away from this one.

Location , views and overall features of house were greatā€¦just what we were hoping for with our family of adults and small children ranging from toddlers to 9 year old. But house needs some TLC and updating. Lighting was badā€¦really difficult to figure out switches and lights were very dim. Bedrooms only had lamps and some didnā€™t work so rooms were dark. Never found front light switch and they flickered all night. Plunge pool was a total messā€¦completely covered with algae/ā€œpond scumā€!! Mgmt did have it cleaned but one cleaning not enoughā€¦kids got in and in just a few minutesā€¦was cloudy again and they had algae on their feet..so didnā€™t use it again! Hot tub, back patio and deck was really nice with gorgeous views!

Great view & location

The home is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. I would rent again if the maintenance concerns were addressed. 1. How satisfied would you say you were with the cleanliness of the unit? The house was clean on the inside, but the outside needed more attention. There was broken glass, trash, and other debris that should be cleaned up. 2. Were there any maintenance concerns during your stay with Vacasa? There were multiple maintenance concerns. First being the refrigerator. The door does not close; therefore, in order to keep our items cold, we had to prop a chair against it to keep the door shut. In the reviews for the home this was noted in March but has not been fixed. The hot tub was not in working order, but we were offered another option. The railing to the basement is loose, as well as, other trim in the home. The master bedroom bathtub spout is broken, and all of the showers do not drain while showering. The dishwasher is not installed/leveled correctly which made it nearly impossible to start. 3. Were these concerns addressed during your stay? We were offered another option for the hot tub (community center). When I called about the refrigerator, I was told that maintenance would be out to look and fix the problem, but no one came. 4. Was there anything you feel was not mentioned or poorly advertised for your stay? When we booked the home, the hot tub was one of the 'must haves' that we filtered our search of homes for. We would have never considered this home had we known it was nonfunctional. They should remove the photo and/or make sure renters are aware. We felt very mislead.

Second time

This was our second time renting here and love it. The down level is great to put the kids where they can play pool, jump in the hot tub, watch TV or watch a movie in the theater. Love the fact we had a heated garage and a well stocked kitchen ...... and the best part are the wonderful views!!

Great location

Great location as you can drive to all ski lodges and the town within minutes. You can also walk, but in the winter, it is icy and snowy. There were a few things that needs to be fixed within the house but overall a great place to stay for a big group.
