***Due to COVID, weā€™re taking even extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and following all HomeAway/VRBO and Summit County cleaning guidance/procedures. We also will provide extra cleaning supplies for you to use throughout your stay. We also will offer a much more lenient cancellation policy should you need to cancel for any reason due to COVID concerns. Rest assured this is a private and very clean home, with contactless entry. You can order groceries and dinners to be delivered should you not feel comfortable adventuring out.

This is a beautiful 'Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware Style' private home with incredible views of the ski slopes and within walking distance to everything! Main Street is a block away where you will find the majority of Breck's restaurants, boutique shops, and bars. This house was recently remodeled in 2020 and includes gorgeous granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms, slate entry ways, acacia wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms and garden level basement, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, new bedding, and much much more! This house is unique as it has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors, each with it's own full bath. The house is located next to open space, so its perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee!

The family room on the main level is spectacular with a stunning river rock fireplace with views to Breckenridge mountain. The main floor has a wrap around deck and there are 2 additional private decks connected to the master and guest bedrooms.

Top Floor - King bed, large walk in closet and double vanity updated master bathroom with a large double headed shower and a deck from master bedroom with ski hill views
Middle Floor - Queen bed, large closet, 3 way updated full bathroom, deck from guest bedroom,
Garden Level - Twin over twin bunbed plus a queen bed.

The den on the garden level floor can also serve as a 4th bedroom as it has a queen sofa sleeper (The bed in the sofa sleeper has been custom made and is much more comfortable than a normal sofa bed) This is just a great room for the kids to play! (Please note that this den does not have a door to close)
***This house sleeps 8 adults comfortably! A group of 10 would be best suited with a mix of adults and kids.

This house boasts many great amenities including a 7 person private hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill with BBQ tools, connected garage, 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, hi-speed internet (WIFI), stereo system, iPod/iPhone alarm clock/chargers in every bedroom, washer/dryer, and a humidifier system built into the house. This has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, complete selection of cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. We have everything you would need for a small dinner or a huge feast.

There is a single car garage attached to the house, also plenty of room for 2 additional cars in the driveway. You may feel free to use the unlocked items, such as the stroller, sleds, Pak and Play, games, and toys.

The beauty of this house is that you can walk to everything including Main St. which is a block from the house. This means you can enjoy all the restaurants, shopping, ice rink, sledding hill at Carter Park and much much more. The bus stop is literally steps away. This is less than 70 yards which can take you to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. You can also catch a bus, the 'Summit Stage', to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink which is less than 155 yards away. In the summer you can enjoy the nearby park, top mountain biking trails, as well as all that Breckenridge has to offer!

There is absolutely No Smoking or Pets allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful. We have a cleaning fee that will vary based on the size of your group.

Best week in Breck!

We loved our stay at this property! We enjoyed everything about it. The location was perfect allowing us to walk everywhere. Bedding was great - the kitchen was well stocked - location of the hot tub was ideal! We were lucky to get a lot of snow which made the views even better! Great house great location

This is the best place Iā€™ve found in Breck! Great winter mountain access (short walk to a quick bus to peak 9). Both the owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful. A great house for two families to share. I hope to stay again in the future.

It was a delight to stay in this quiet, pretty neighborhood steps from town. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms roomy. Best part was waking up in the morning to a view of mountains from the master bedroom. Just perfect!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family and our girls friends. Plenty of space to lounge in. The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything which is ideal when you have teenagers that want to go on Main Street by themselves. The views were great. And we love how quick Jessica responded when we had a small issue and got fixed immediately. We will definitely be returning for another Christmas vacation here.

Great stay in Breck!

My family had a great stay at this home in Breckenridge. It's very close to town yet far enough to be quiet. The house fit our family of five well and was well-appointed for a home rental. Lots of little things that are always appreciated when traveling! The hot tub was a hit and is a great way to relax on a chilly evening. Communication was prompt and I would definitely stay here again if our travels were to bring us back

Ski Trip - President's Day

We had two family's stay in the home, 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was great about the home. We had an issue with the hot tub, but they were able to get it resolved and after that it worked great. The lowest floor actually stayed the warmest. They were there to shovel snow daily on our trip. If you have a large car it is a tight squeeze in the garage and you won't be able to open garage fridge with that car in there. The bus stop(s) were not too far of a walk from the home and in a little bit warmer weather the walk to town would've been great. Would stay here again.

A great trip!

We had a great stay from start to finish! Communication upon booking was excellent. It was great to get the welcome emails ahead of time along with directions. The house itself was fantastic. Everythng was very clean. There was a different couch in the basement than pictured but that wasn't an issue for us. Location was great, we walked everywhere. I can not find anything negative to say. We did have a fire alarm issue but it was taken care of switfly by the property management team - all by text message. Check out was a breeze with very little that needed to be done! I can't recommend this property enough. Thank you for such a great weekend!

Loved this place!

What a great weekend! So much fun, all around! The house was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary (and unnecessary) amenities. Views were gorgeous, esp from the hot-tub, which had huge blasting jets for therapy of all joints, close to town (i.e. walk there in a few minutes) and everything that we wanted to do. For our 15 month old grandson, all the baby things, toys and accessories were there already, which he enjoyed and which made it so easy for our daughter and son-in-law. Great, large TVā€™s and perfect for the NFL playoffs. Just had a fabulous time and were saddened to leave and head home. Wonderful in every regard. We shall return ... letā€™s go back now?!

Great Spring Break Weekend in Breck!

The house is in a great neighborhood location within walking distance to town and just a couple houses away from the bus stop to the gondola. We walked to town to shop and eat dinner one night, we took the bus each morning and evening to the slopes and back, we prepared dinners at the house (there was everything one would need to make any meal). Very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching movies in the basement "theater room". The bunk bed in the basement was not too accommodating for adults but they pulled out the queen size air mattress and were very comfortable! Its a great huge, comfy air mattress. The hot tub was very relaxing after skiing and the bottle of wine welcoming us was very thoughtful. Can't go wrong staying here!

Hello! We are the Friedrichsen Family. We have 3 children that keep us really busy! We are extremely active and love to ski, bike as well as do all the outdoor sports Colorado has to offer. So, it was natural that we picked one of the best locations in Colorado to purchase our second home. We bought this home in 2012 and we are looking forward to sharing our home as well as the Breckenridge experience with you. It is our goal that when you stay at our house you feel like this is your home away from home!

It took us 4 years to find the perfect mountain house. We chose this house because we wanted to be able to be close to town and local attractions as well as be able to access the ski slopes very easily. This is essential with 3 small children! We chose Breckenridge because of it's natural beauty, the year round activities, unbelievable skiing, as well as so much more. This is our favorite place to go and we hope to create many memories for our children throughout the years to come.

How can we neglect to say that the best benefits include all the nearby activities; skiing, sledding hills, as well as all of the summer activities that Breck has to offer like fishing, tennis, festivals, and biking. Of course our kids would definitely say they love Adventure Ridge on top of the Gondola! There is never a dull moment in Breckenridge and you will be able to experience it all in this gorgeous private home.
