Gorgeous house in a great location! Walk to restaurants, coffee. shops etc. The house was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Perfect Place for a week of skiing

Great location

The house was perfect- had everything we needed for relaxing and cooking at home, a short walk to everywhere !! Easy walk to any restaurant, shopping and ski. Would highly recommend!

Perfect home!

We had an amazing time in this fabulous home! The location is ideal and the home layout perfect for our multigenerational family. We loved being close to town and walking distance/trolley ride to all restaurants and parks! Hope to come back next year!

Convenient and private home close to downtown

Very responsive and friendly property owner made our experience great. The house is cozy, complete and in a great location. We loved the hot tub, the kitchen had everything you’d need and the place was very functional for our family.

Best week in Breck!

We loved our stay at this property! We enjoyed everything about it. The location was perfect allowing us to walk everywhere. Bedding was great - the kitchen was well stocked - location of the hot tub was ideal! We were lucky to get a lot of snow which made the views even better! Can’t wait to plan our next visit to Breck and will definitely be booking this property again!

Great house great location

This is the best place I’ve found in Breck! Great winter mountain access (short walk to a quick bus to peak 9). Both the owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful. A great house for two families to share. I hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely condo in Breckenridge

It was a delight to stay in this quiet, pretty neighborhood steps from town. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms roomy. Best part was waking up in the morning to a view of mountains from the master bedroom. If you're looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay when visiting Breckenridge, this condo will be just right!

Weekend getaway to the mountains

Property was a short walk into town. Place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Hot tub was very clean with a nice Mountain View.

Fantastic!

The property has went was responsive and gracious. The property itself was lovely, and provided a nice haven for the family. Walking distance to town was good, and mountain views from master bedroom were gorgeous. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Absolutely Perfect

Absolutely perfect property for your stay and exceeds your expectations. Everything we could of asked for and the owner was beyond accommodating to our needs. Definitely a home we will return to our next ski trip!! A must see for all. So close to everything it really was perfect.

Lovely home! Super clean and close to everything!!

This home had everything you could want and more. It was walking distance to Peak 9 and where we rented skis. Really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day skiing. Everyone in my family had their own place. Perfect accommodations!

This was one of the best vacations we have taken in a long time. We were very impressed with the level of detail placed in stocking the house with everything we needed. It was great for cooking breakfast, dinners, and enjoying an evening cocktail on the deck following a day of skiing and shopping. We enjoyed the wonderful views, hot tub, and grilling under the starstruck Colorado sky. There was plenty of space, and the proximity to main street and peak 9 cannot be understated. We received 5.5 inches of snow one day and the backdrop of the mountains and neighborhood was something we just do not experience in Georgia. We very are blessed to be afforded the opportunity to visit such a beautiful place and will be forever grateful for your hospitality.The Dennis and Ball Family

Great stay in Breck!

My family had a great stay at this home in Breckenridge. It's very close to town yet far enough to be quiet. The house fit our family of five well and was well-appointed for a home rental. Lots of little things that are always appreciated when traveling! The hot tub was a hit and is a great way to relax on a chilly evening. Communication was prompt and I would definitely stay here again if our travels were to bring us back

We found the house last minute as our other property host cancelled and I couldn’t be happier with the host’s communication and ease of renting the property. Once we arrived, the house was ready for us with all the amenities described on Vrbo.

Just as advertised

We had a wonderful week at this home. The house was clean, the management company was very responsive, the location is excellent for going into town and catching the shuttle to ski and the kitchen was well stocked with ample pots, pans and cooking utensils. Would definitely rent again.

Just perfect!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family and our girls friends. Plenty of space to lounge in. The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything which is ideal when you have teenagers that want to go on Main Street by themselves. The views were great. And we love how quick Jessica responded when we had a small issue and got fixed immediately. We will definitely be returning for another Christmas vacation here.

Nice unit and very well supplied. Responsive team and owner. My only suggestion.... consider new mattresses.. particularly the queen in the second level bedroom. But otherwise wonderful.

Ski Trip - President's Day

We had two family's stay in the home, 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was great about the home. We had an issue with the hot tub, but they were able to get it resolved and after that it worked great. The lowest floor actually stayed the warmest. They were there to shovel snow daily on our trip. If you have a large car it is a tight squeeze in the garage and you won't be able to open garage fridge with that car in there. The bus stop(s) were not too far of a walk from the home and in a little bit warmer weather the walk to town would've been great. Would stay here again.
