An annex to a farmhouse that we occasionally stay in, set on 2 hectares of land. This completely independent annex is secluded in the middle of the fields and features a 5-meter-by-12-meter pool. Enjoy the country atmosphere, the pool, and the duck pond. There are two horses and some ducks on the property. You’ll have exclusive private access to the 120 m² farmhouse, which features 2 bedrooms, an office, and a cozy sitting area. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi… fully equipped. Perfect for a countryside getaway. Barbecue, pétanque court “Une Parenthèse” in Gatianis… A peaceful retreat in the middle of the fields. A beautiful 240 m² space spread over a first floor and an upper floor with 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms on the same level, a large living room, and an open-concept kitchen, along with a very spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a vanity with two sinks. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, including a master suite (a double bedroom with an adjoining room that sleeps 2 and features a work area), all equipped with private bathrooms and toilets. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. In total, there are 14 sleeping spots in the bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across the two levels, all newly renovated in 2020. There is a second living room on the first floor with an office area and a pull-out bed. The maximum capacity is 16 people, including the two extra beds. Bed linens and bath towels are provided by the house. You simply need to let us know how you’d like the rooms set up. Pets other than horses are not allowed at “La Parenthèse.” However, you are welcome to bring your horses if you’d like to go for a ride in the forest located just a short walk from our home. Internet access is also available. We’ll also do our best to meet all your needs and requests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re sure we can help, whether it’s housekeeping, babysitting, activities, or anything else. This is the annex of a farmhouse. Guests staying in the annex have private access to the entire property. The 2-hectare garden and the pool may occasionally be shared with the occupants of the main house on the property or the second cottage. There is also a pond with ducks and horses on the property. The pool can be heated upon request to ensure your comfort. In this case, a fee of €80 per day applies, with a minimum of 3 days of heating. This isn’t necessary in summer when the water is 25 degrees, but it’s more comfortable in September. The pool is closed for the winter from November through March. Shared with the second cottage. We’re available to offer advice during your stay if you’d like—by phone or email—but we won’t be on-site in person to welcome you.
