Beautiful Beach House with Direct Beach Access!!! This was our first Vrbo experience and it did not disappoint!!! Our trip was in mid-September so we were practically the only ones walking on the beach. The house has views of the ocean from almost every room, including the 2nd floor master, we woke up to sunrises every morning!!! Also sunsets from the front deck!!!Tim and Wendy were also great hosts and provided us with all the info we needed to know about the house and local restaurants and attractions. Thanks!!!

You can't beat the location! All the updates were nice , I just wished that the basement was cooler. We couldn't use the bed down there, we were in a heat wave though. It was a great beach vacation!

Amazing view and house

This place was amazing! I wish that I had booked a longer time at this property! This place had EVERYTHING that one needs to be comfy and relax. The TV in the master fascinated my 10 year old and had my husband itching to build a similar set up now. I loved the view, the location, the decor and the peacefulness of this home.

Peaceful getaway.

Being steps from the water was a dream. We could hear the waves, watch the sunrise over the water, and view the stars at night. There were a lot of amenities- games, beach gear, kitchen supplies. The renovated first floor was lovely. The area is close to many destinations on the Cape and inland. Loved our time there.

We enjoyed our stay

The house and location are good. Lots of games, bikes beach activities are available. It's also a quiet relaxing location. For clarity, the listing said 2 full and 1 half bath, but an outdoor handheld shower is considered by VRBO to be a full bath. So, in actuality there is 1 full and 1 half bath and an outdoor hand held shower to hose the sand off.

Great beach house!

Great place- awesome outdoor grill and cooking area with a deck and great views of Cape Cod Bay. Sits right on a beautiful beach which is great for swimming and relaxing. Perfect location. Inside is updated kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom. AC throughout the house. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this one. We spent a week here with three generations of the family and will hopefully be back.

Great vacation spot and home!

We spent a week at Martini house and had a wonderful vacation. The home was right on the beach and this was a perfect section of beach for them to spend hours playing in the sand and surf. The home was well set up with plenty of towels and beach chairs. The kids loved playing "store" at the little sitting area near the beach- charging adults to pass through to the beach! So many great memories! The location near the Sagamore bridge made it easy to get onto the Cape on the 2 rainy mornings when we went to Woods Hole and Yarmouth. Tim was a great host, very responsive to all our questions. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a beachside vacation with children.

This home is A-Mazing!!! Trust me you want to be right here!!!! Stop looking for a another house. Tim was so responsive and this home is so well designed. The View!! the beach!!! The ease of access!!! All 10 out of 10 !!!! The amenitiesā€¦. my gosh we never wanted to leave!!! We will be back. The area is so quiet the neighbors are lovely all around you. Literally heaven!!! Wonderful location, beautiful view, great space!

Property is located on Mass. Bay, not Buzzard's Bay, a little north of the east end of the Cape Cod Canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood with perfect access to the beach which is amazingly private with very few people. Views are incredible and the house is perfect for a family get together.

Perfect Little Getaway!

Beach Home

A beautiful setting on a beach that is not crowded. The home has many features, a beautiful grill area with extensions on a large deck, newly appointed bathroom on the first floor, large living room and up to date kitchen. A comfortable, clean home for a family vaca. My favorite were the chairs situated on the dunes for sunset viewing.
