If you like the outdoors, you'll love this house, which has multiple areas to sit outside, and a fire pit. Located right on the Wallkill River, the cottage has amazing views. It's the perfect retreat for 2 people -- it has 1 bedroom (King size bed , it's an Ikea daybed that is set-up as a King), and an additional pull out couch (queen size) in the living room if necessary for the third person.

Vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wood-burning stove (in addition to gas heat), original hard-wood floors, and a blue-tooth enabled CD player will give you all the modern comforts with historic charm.
