New apartment on the Höri-Öhningen peninsula

The accommodation

Our "addiction Lake" apartment is a completely newly built two-room apartment in a quiet residential area. The extension has been built in a timber framework, which adapts perfectly to the seasons and the interior is of course Stay warm so cool in summer and in winter. The underfloor heating and the built-in ventilation system can support this feature.

The 55 sqm are a stylishly furnished living / dining room with TV and a kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle and Senseo. The bed therein is extendable with a handle problems (sleeping area of ​​160 to 200). The bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses is (lying surface 180 to 200) in a comfortable seat height. All rooms are equipped with fire alarms. The bathroom is, like the entire apartment, wheelchair and senior justice. The rain shower leaves a good start to your day. You are welcome to use during your stay, the washer and dryer.
To enjoy the holiday even more enjoyable, we offer a huge wooden outdoor patio. Access for guests
The entire ground floor located apartment, including the entrance area. Before the house is possible to park the car and even bicycle space is available.

Other important information
We are happy to accommodate our guests for one or two nights. However, for the purpose of the increased effort, we have to charge a rent of 120 euros for one night and a rental price of 200 euros for a stay of two nights.

Otherwise, the rental price in the high season from three nights 90 euros and in the low season 70 euros per night.

Children under 5 stay for free. For the provision of cot and high chair will be charged if necessary once € 15.00.

The price is based on an occupancy of two people. For each additional person aged 5-18 years will be charged 15 euros per night. For the third and / or fourth adult person per night and adult 25 euros.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be paid upon arrival. Each guest will receive after completing the registration form at the beginning of the stay a VHB guest card with various perks such. B. unlimited travel by train and railway in the region, discount on the course ships or discounts in beach resorts and museums.

The rental price includes bed linen and various bath, shower, hand towels, tea towels and bathrobes for adults including final cleaning.

After you have filled out the user agreement on the use of Internet access, you will receive the necessary WLAN network key so that you can use the Internet for free during your holiday.

Our apartment "Seek the Lake" will be available on Anreisetagtag from 15 clock available. On departure day we ask that you check out at 10am, so we have the possibility of rehabilitating all for the next guest. If you want to extend the day of departure, we can discuss this on site and then require an additional one-time fee of 30 €.

Please note that this is a Non smoking apartment.

Pets can not go on holiday with us unfortunately.
