Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath 1970's bungalow - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway! This charming retreat is 15 minute’s to DT Raleigh and 5 mins to White Oak Shopping Center. Nearby Lake Benson offers everything from paved/unpaved trails to fishing and boat rentals. You can pass the day at Centennial Park just 3 mins away. This bungalow is a charm; newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

The property has a $50 pet fee per night per pet with a maximum of $500 per pet.

Please be advised that we will require a security deposit for any guests who have no reviews or are new to the platform.

Please share a copy of all of the rules of the house with all of the guests in the house.

***ONLY GUEST 21 years or over may book this home***

1) The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of all of the guests in the house.

2) We expect you to be responsible and treat the house well. We are in a residential area. People live all around us, and we respect their right to peace and privacy. Quiet Hours are mandated by Garner law between 10pm and 7am. You must not be on the outside spaces making noise during these times. Garner takes its Noise Ordinance very seriously, and if a police car drives by and hears noise, you may be cited and face sizable fines. If police are called because of disturbances in the house or noise levels, you will be immediately evicted with no refunds.

3) Access to the house is through the front door or side door

4) Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property which includes the side deck, front porch, the back yard fire pit area, or any grassy area. If there is evidence of smoking or a smoke smell in the house when the cleaning crew comes, you will be charged a fine of $500. This is not an additional cleaning fee to remediate the smoke smell, this is a fine for breaking the NO SMOKING rule. Smoking on any part of the property is NOT permitted.

5) No illegal substances or criminal activity allowed on the property. Illegal activity will be grounds for eviction with no refunds.

6) The guest responsible for the booking shall be responsible for everyone entering the home. Any damage caused; either by registered party or any visiting guest(s) of theirs will be charged to the guest responsible for the booking.

7) Please lock the doors whenever you leave and close the windows. To lock the keyless locks, press the lock icon on the digital screen after you close the door. If it rains and the windows have been left open, you will be responsible for any damage to the house or its furnishings.

8) Please treat our home respectfully and leave the house in the same condition that you found it in.

9) Clean up before you leave: all bottles, take out, food, cans, boxes and anything else you brought into the house must be disposed of in the trash bins at the back of the house to the left of the driveway. There are lots of trash/garbage bags in the pantry and under the kitchen sink for you to use. Spill something???... Please clean it up. Paper towels, vacuum, broom and cleaning agents are made available for your use. Please especially clean up spilled drinks before the stickiness gets tracked everywhere. There are old towels on top of the washer in the laundry room if you need to clean up any spills. Please feel free to dispose of the old towels after you have used them. Do not attempt to clean up liquid with any vacuum cleaner. (This is a new rule based on recent guest behavior.)

10) Please place dishes in the dishwasher before you leave please.

11) Please don't move the furniture from room to room. Please especially don't move the indoor furniture outside.

12) Do not take mattresses off of the beds.

13) Disabling any devices such as the NoiseAware device, Alexa, or any cameras without express consent from the host will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If the devices stop working, we will come by to remedy the situation and get them back online. If they have been deliberately disabled, the group will be evicted with no refunds.

14) The fireplace inside the home is NON-FUNCTIONING. Please do not attempt to light it. Again, don't put anything in the fireplaces. Don't cook in the fireplace or make s'mores in the fireplace.

15) Don't use the body towels/ hand towels and/or washcloths to clean anything but your body. Especially the floor. If you need to clean a spill, use paper towels. A large spill? There are old towels in the laundry room to be used for cleaning.

16) If you break something, please let us know.

17) Don't take anything off the walls.

18) No glitter, no glitter, no glitter. Please, no glitter. Confetti is allowed if it's made of paper.

19) Excessive cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300.

20) If spills are on the furniture and/or rugs and cannot be removed, the booking guest will be charged with replacing the item.

21) The booking guest will be charged for any damages to the house, even if done by another guest.

22) Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee of $50 per night per pet ($500 max per pet). The presence of unauthorized or unapproved pets will incur a $1,000 fee penalty plus any damage caused by the pet.

Christmas in Garner
We were visiting our daughter in Garner and this was only 15 minutes away.The yard was terrific for our pups! They got their energy out!! It was easy to go back and forth to the house to let the pups out! I would just suggest a light for nighttime use for the backyard.. Otherwise it was great!!

Granddaughters wedding
We were very happy to find a house to rent that was walking distance to my daughters house. The house was very clean, decorated nicely and fit our needs perfectly. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi was not posted in house as stated but after sending an email we were given the password. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Perfect house for our family
We really enjoyed our stay at the charming Le Bleu Haven. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for our family. The house was beautifully decorated and very very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice fenced in yard. The neighborhood was average but close to shopping and a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant.
