For a family holiday in a green setting, we offer you this charming old house fitted out to accommodate up to 6 people. You will be captivated by its stone walls and wooden beams, which give it an authentic character.



His vast grounds, his woodland and his heated swimming pool (open and heated from 1 May to 30 September) will be a wonderful playground and place of exploration for your children. Our animal friends are welcome (1 per booking), but be warned, the grounds are not fenced.



The house is spread over three levels, connected by narrow staircase ladders, which require particular caution.



On entering the ground floor, you will discover a warm living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television. A first bedroom, with a King Size bed (180x200), is located at this level, as well as a bathroom comprising a shower and toilet.



On descending the first staircase, you access the garden level, where a large dining room, opening onto a terrace, awaits you. The kitchen, also open to this space, is very well equipped: gas hob, combined oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal.



From the lounge, going up the stairs, you access the top floor, where there are two other bedrooms. The first is equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), while the second has two single beds (90x190), which can be joined together to form a large bed (180x190).



For greater comfort, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned. A washing machine is also at your disposal, and you can park up to two vehicles on the plot. The plot is currently undergoing work to provide parking and access arranged with gravel (no more grass).



On the garden side, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to enjoy delicious outdoor meals, near the above-ground swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer.
