For a family holiday in a green setting, we offer you this charming period property renovated to accommodate up to 6 people. You will be captivated by its stone walls and wooden beams, which give it authentic character.



Its vast grounds, woodland and swimming pool (open and heated from 1 May to 30 September) will be a wonderful playground and exploration area for your children. Our animal friends are welcome (1 per booking), but please note that the grounds are not fenced.



The house is spread over three levels, connected by "miller's ladder" style staircases, which require particular care.



Upon entering the ground floor, you will discover a warm living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television. A first bedroom, with a King Size bed (180x200), is located on this level, as well as a bathroom comprising a shower and WC.



Going down the first staircase, you access the garden level, where a large dining room, opening onto a terrace, awaits you. The kitchen, also opening onto this space, is very well equipped: gas hob, combined oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are at your disposal.



From the living room, going up the staircase, you access the top floor, where two other bedrooms are located. The first is equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), whilst the second has two single beds (90x190), which can be joined together to form a large bed (180x190).



For added comfort, the living room and certain bedrooms are air-conditioned. A washing machine is also available to you, and you can park up to two vehicles on the plot. The plot is currently undergoing work to provide parking and access with gravel surfacing (no longer grass).



On the garden side, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to enjoy delicious outdoor meals, close to the above-ground swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer.
