This place is as gorgeous as the photos show — the views are spectacular; each bedroom has its own bathroom; steps from phenomenal white sand beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, and we had an incredible vacation. (Side note: we hired Chef Angelo to cook dinners for us, and I highly recommend! What an amazing treat!)

Excellent property & management company

The property was great. Million dollar view, with sugar soft sandy beach, and in easy walking distance of several different restaurants/cantinas. The deck was absolutely spectacular! Plenty of room, comfortable chairs, and the breeze coming in from the water made it a heavenly experience.

I think we. payed too much for the facilities we got. It was an older building with an elevator that was built for two people. The pictures of the unit were somewhat exaggerated. There were steps to the living room and steps to the primary bedroom certainly not a unit for older people. Also the security of our unit was marginal at best.Host was there when we arrived and departed on time and without problems.

This penthouse offers one of the most unbeatable spots in Punta Cana — literally right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. This is a rare convenience in Punta Cana, which is generally not a walking‑friendly destination. It's a great value for your money, and also savings on transportation costs. • Security: The security is designed to be minimal yet effective, as this is an organically safe, tourist‑oriented neighborhood. Local authorities and residents take pride in protecting the area since tourism provides income for many families. In addition, security guards patrol regularly to prevent any inconvenience. We are proud to say that in the eight years we have managed several properties here, we have never had a single incident affecting any of our guests. • Building / Facilities: Most real estate directly on the beach in Punta Cana is not recent construction, and prices for oceanfront units in modern resorts have increased dramatically. This property has character, is well maintained, and our team is always ready to address any inconvenience that may arise. • Photos: The pictures are taken at the best times of day — usually around noon when the turquoise ocean is most vivid, or sometimes at sunset. This may have given a different impression compared to your short stay, but they reflect the beauty of the actual view. We appreciate your comments and are glad that check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. Your feedback helps us continue improving, and we hope future guests will see the value in the unique location and character of this penthouse.

Great weekend on the beach!

We spent 3 days on the property over a weekend and it was an amazing time. The property is clean and spacious with amazing views. It's close to the beach and the property managers were great. They arranged transportation for us and they were always available anytime day or night to answer questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this penthouse apartment.

What a beautiful location and wonderful accommodations!

The accommodations were just like the pictures with an amazing view of the whole area from the master bedroom and living room and all of the patios! Very clean and spacious for our six person party and a very comfortable stay. The owner was very prompt in communications and very accommodating. Everyone in our party absolutely loved this place, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping for groceries and everything else was ideal.

Slice of heaven on the beach

Awesome property right on the beach. Owners were very attentive and were quick to respond with any and all questions we had before and during our stay. We did go without power and water for several hours but they were on top of it. The condo was great. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. Close to several restaurants. Construction going on around us wasn’t really an issue.

Beautiful location!

The location of this property is great! The management was very responsive. In our opinion there were some things that would have been nice such as a full size coffee maker, kitchen linens, wash cloths - all of which are mentioned on the website. The unit could use some upkeep/updates but we really enjoyed our time!! We recommend staying here!

Amazing house

The owner was super attentive and responded very quickly. The house was beyond what we were expecting. The balcony views are priceless. There is a very fun beach bar right next to the building to enjoy some cocktails and food. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Perfect location

First of all you can't beat the location. The view and acces to the beach is second to none. The property is spacious the beds were comfortable. Now what stopped this property from being 5 star. The Pent house is on the 5th & 6th floor. The elevator does not work from the looks of it it hasn't worked in years. My brother has a broken leg so imagine up and down 5-6 flights of stairs everyday. The second thing is the rooftop beds had no bedding so they weren't usable. The staff response was timely when we had issues. Overall if not for the elevator it would be 5 stars. There's a lot of construction but that's out of the owners hands.

We are very sorry that you experienced a problem with the elevator. Unfortunately, the delivery of spare parts for the elevator was delayed and the engineers did not have time to fix it by your arrival. We hope that our compensation was a good solution to this issue. The owner is very helpful. He responds quickly and does what he can via email to recommend things, which can be great. The condo is on a nice strip of sand with a few eateries in walking distance. It's really safe to walk day or night. There is construction and some inoperable buildings around the walking path, but it's easy to overlook that. The condo is nice. It could use some tender love and care. The Master suite was REALLY nice. The other rooms were just ok and needed some deep cleaning. Disposing of waste was brought to our attention when booking, but it became an issue during our week's stay. Contacting on-site assistance was a delay for towels or operating the tv's and trash removal, but we were eventually helped. The owner made a lot of our arrangements before arrival. This was really helpful. We were able to do many things. The key thing to remember is that everything moves on island time. I will say that if you are looking for Things to do, it might be better to stay near downtown. But if you're looking for quiet relaxation with an amazing view, this is your place.

Dear, Nyki. I am happy that you loved the ocean view. And the area. Yes we do completely different service we help our guest to pre book what ever they might need. We had three calls with you. Unfortunately You couldn't make your mind because of your group. We gave all clear instructions during your check in. We explained where put the trash. Unfortunately no one paid attention. For what Anna was saying. As for the rooms. We said from the start it's beach front. We put special oils on all water taps. We put special oils in all metallic parts. The property is absolutely clean. We always make sure about that. What we do here in terms of cleaning is completely different from everything else. We spend 2x money on detergents and laundry. We have trained staff and we pay a lot of attention to organization. Check lists. We even have a supervisor who checks the property. I am 100% sure that this lovely place was clean during your check in. As for things to do this is the best centric place. Downtown will help you to go to Coco Bongo disco club. Some other restaurants. In general you can find anything your might need within 5-7 min walking distance. This property is great if you want to have the best ocean view. It's really Unique. A lot of people are asking us to book for their special events. The beach - the best beach in the area. It's clean and well maintained. Nice and tranquil area. Absolutely true. This is why people book lovely and unique place.

Fabulous oceanfront beach vacation

My husband and 3 adult children stayed here for a week Dec 5th - Dec 12th. This beautiful condo was perfect for us. Visiliy and Anna are very accommodating and responsive hosts and will help you with whatever you need. They scheduled our airport transportation for us and our drivers were great- they even arranged a stop at the supermarket on our way to the beach condo so we could get some breakfast items and as well as beer and liquor. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the ocean are spectacular as advertised and even better in person. The modern kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and in the evenings. Most nights we slept with the doors open to enjoy the fabulous breeze and hear the waves. We are used to having a pool at our properties but we did not miss it. There are plenty of lounge chairs, there was always a breeze on the beach and the ocean was the perfect temperature to take a dip to cool off. This is an awesome location as there are great restaurants within walking distance and a market nearby. We highly recommend Toc which is a 5 min walk down the beach and Citrus Fusion which is a 10 min walk in town. There is a pizza vendor on the beach, they wear a red shirt, who will take your order and deliver it to you and it is surprisingly very good. We highly recommend the day trip to Saona Island. It is so beautiful. We negotiated and purchased for $65 per person. Includes transportation, bbq on the beach and drinks. We really enjoyed this vacation and would highly recommend staying here. It truly is paradise.

Amazing views - Great place with a few "nits"

The views from the unit can't be outdone! The neighborhood is nice and seems safe and there are restaurants, convenience/bodegas, and a grocery a 10 minute walk. The food was excellent – 2 restaurants within 100ft. Water cooler and several large bottles provided. Agent was responsive with questions. Regarding electricity charge, we kept BRs and LR cool with AC wall units on a lot. Bill for 5 days was $238. May be more or less for others. A few nits: first, we got stuck in the small, sketchy elevator on check-in because the agent was the third person in despite her saying 2 people only. It’s really 2 only! We never took the elevator again. Kitchen seemed redone, but other parts need updating. Showers were weak, one never had hot water. 2nd, the glass doors from the LR to the patio didn’t close completely - wind/breeze made a 24/7 whistling sound and it was hard to cool down the LR. Third, patio and roof area are convenient with amazing views. However, the chaise lounges are partially broken and a little ratty. Also, fabric on the two roof beds is sun-rotted and tears. Last, the 2 exterior locks, while functional, aren’t very confidence-inspiring. For a relatively low cost they could replaced/beefed up to give guests peace of mind. These nits aren’t saying it’s not worth staying but, future guests might like to know details like these to make an informed decision. If they don’t bother you, the location and view will make your stay well worth it.

As you saw, it's ideally located to find restaurants, supermarkets and places that made your stay more comfortable. It was a pleasure for me and my team to be responsive and helpful with your needs. Thank you for your suggestions about the improvements our property needs, always it's a good idea to know our guests opinion so we can work on making the necessary updates in our place. Based on your recommendations, we changed the showers for new ones and fix the locking doors. Please note the elevator allows until 3 guests, but for our guests safety and comfort we recommend 2 guests only. Every two months we do deep inspections with our technicians to maintain this beautiful penthouse in the best shape. I hope you visit us again to enjoy our hospitality service and an update place!

Beautiful views

Beautiful condo with a lot of space and great views. Property managers were very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen could use a little updating....no oven and only 2 burners on the stove work.. Water was a little rough and a lot of seaweed. Well worth the stay.

Amazing stay with great view

I stayed in this beautiful place with my wife, and we both really loved it. Next time we will definitely come with our friends. Vasiliy was very helpful, and besides the place to stay, he helped us with transport and excursions, which indeed helped us to enjoy our stay for all 100%

Fantastic view and hospitable owner

The penthouse has a unique ocean view, actually the best in the area. I walked around the neighborhood and there is no other place like this. The penthouse is just enormous and the terrace on the roof is spacious - an ideal place for sunbathing or BBQ. Owner Vasiliy is a great man. He is always there to help you with anything you need, and can answer any questions you might have. Recommended.

Great Place!

The house is gorgeous! Great for big groups, we had 10 friends and had an amazing time! The host/owners were extremely attentive and very helpful . If we return to Punta Cana, we will definitely stay here again.

The beach perfect beach house

We had 3 nights at the end of of a trip , I wish we had stayed here the whole 8 days , the house was exactly what one dreams of a beach house being. Views every direction, walls that open to the outside, beds outside. Just amazing. We plan on returning in January.

The best experience ever

The best experience ever for all our group! It is the best ocean view I've ever seen. We spent almost all the time at the balcony and terrace drinking and talking. The beach is absolutely the best. Vasiliy organized us a private yacht tour. It was above all our expectations.
