Los Corales is a lively area where everything is conveniently located within walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. Whether mingling with tourists and locals or exploring the area`s attractions, the area is safe to walk both day and night.

Indulge in the ultimate beach day with two fabulous beach clubs just steps away from the penthouse condo. Bavaro Beach, with its 30 miles (48 kilometers) of pristine coastline, offers endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

When you`re ready for a break from the beach, explore the narrow streets of Los Corales, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and bars serving both local and international cuisine.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 11 miles (18 kilometers) from Los Corales, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Casa Caribe is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath, 2-story, beachfront penthouse condo with unbeatable beach and ocean views! NOTE: Access to the condo requires climbing one flight of stairs, as there is no elevator available.

NOTE: The condo was refreshed in the spring of 2024 with new indoor/outdoor furniture, TVs, kitchen appliances, and paint.

Spread across two floors, Casa Caribe welcomes you with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area, with lots of natural light and unobstructed ocean views from every angle. The kitchen has a new stove (from 2024) and is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, or you can opt for the ultimate indulgence and hire a private chef ($) to cater to your every craving (food and beverages are not included, $).

Designed in a soothing color palette of white and neutral tones, the condo exudes a contemporary and calming ambiance, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation by the ocean.

An outdoor staircase behind the kitchen leads you to your private rooftop oasis on the condo’s 2nd floor. This expansive rooftop terrace comes with a covered dining area and sun loungers. Whether you`re soaking up the sun during the day or savoring the warm Caribbean nights with friends, food, and drinks, the rooftop is the ultimate haven for relaxation and entertainment.

THE BEDROOMS:

Casa Caribe has 5 bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms on the condo’s 1st floor (UK: Ground floor), and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor),

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): The primary bedroom with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the large rooftop terrace with sun beds, beach- and oceanview.

Bedroom 2 (1st floor) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and shared bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (1st floor) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and shared bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (1st floor) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and shared bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (1st floor) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and shared bathroom with shower.
NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with shower, and bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with shower.

CONDO STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the condo, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Property Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking property manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The property manager will greet you when you arrive at the condo, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
