Great stay

We had a great time away at the night owl. We were traveling with a paralyzed family member and appreciated the accessibility of yhr majority of the cabin. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a few days away. Conveniently located between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We would definitely book again.

Night owl cabin

The cabin was very clean and well kept. We had trouble with the wifi and property management was quick to help fix the issue. We would definitely stay again

Beautiful and clean modern cabin

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin. There’s was a small creek that ran beside the property that sounded amazing at night in the hot tub. I wish the kids room had a door, but it’s hard to beat built in bunk beds.

Weekend hiking trip

My family and myself stayed at the cabin for a hiking weekend in the mountains. The cabin was in excellent condition and one of the nicest that I've stayed at in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. I would certainly stay here again. The owner was great as well as she called me in advance to go over the accomodations and answer any questions.

Beautiful house- just like the pictures

This house is just as advertised. It’s beautiful, and in a good location for what we were trying to do. It was perfect for our family of 5. Only complaints were the sliding glass doors (locks didn’t seem to be working properly), and the fact that it got so hot in the upstairs bedroom but freezing in the basement bedroom. The best part of the house was the pool room. So fun! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Spring break 2023

House is really well decorated and appointed. Didn't miss anything for cooking etc. Pots/pans were better than most rentals. Plenty of glasses/plates etc. Good amount of useable space. location is good between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It is on a super steep road and kind of in a hollow. Creek drainage runs under which is kinda cool when it rains. It is right on the main road so cars can be noisy. While cabin is nice did have a few issues. Dishwasher was apparently not working and a recent problem. Also a tree fell on the deck rendering the fire pit unoperable. Stuff happens. Seems like they were trying to fix but couldn't during our stay. If you go in winter I would recomend a space heater for the basement. It stayed maybe 10 degrees colder than main level so the bedroom down there is really chilly. In the summer its probably the best level to be. Hot tub water seems like it could use a change. Communication was as good as i've had for VRBO stays.

Maintenance went up and looked at the dishwasher and found that it was working fine, also the water for the hot tub gets changed out after every stay. Perfect location and beautifully decorated.

We had a great time. My family has been to the area a LOT and this is our favorite place that we have stayed. Everything was there that you could possibly need. We saw a mama bear and her four cubs playing outside. Only downside is beds are hard as a rock and not very comfortable. Communication with management company/owner was fabulous. My kids cannot wait to come back!

Perfect chalet

This property will exceed your expectations! We loved spending the weekend in this beautifully decorated home with easy access to the National Park. Highly recommend!

Our experience at the Night owl home was amazing! Very clean, comfy and beautiful home. Angie was very attentive with communication. We will definitely rent here again in the future.

Lovely property

Angie took good care of us and even tried to help us problem solve when the fire place stopped working. Although the problem was not resolved, we did enjoy our stay. The furnishings and decor were obviously well thought out. The listing doesn’t talk about parking as far as I could find, but it should be noted that the driveway is only large enough for 3 vehicles and it’s difficult to maneuver in and out of due to the steep incline. For the most part, the property was clean. However, there were several items left behind that we would’ve rather avoided. The two upper levels were nice and cozy. It would be nice if there was a fireplace in the basement to warm it up on cold winter nights because it was quite cold downstairs in the rec room and bunk room. We were lucky enough to experience a snow storm while we were at the cabin, it was beautiful.

This place is absolutely beautiful!

This place is beyond what the pictures show. It's hard to see from the pictures but this place is 3 floors! One bedroom & bath and half bath on main floor, one bedroom and bath upstairs and the game room, bathroom, and bunk beds downstairs! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you would need to make anything! The fireplaces are beautiful! The outside deck is so pretty and so many places to relax outside! Overall wonderful place!
