NOTE TO FELLOW PET OWNERS: This is a LOW TRAFFIC neighborhood. It's quite difficult to walk your dog on the street in the resorts or high up in the mountains. Hope you stay with us, but if not, I'd recommend a similar neighborhood for you!

POOL SAFETY

• House-wide pool alarm (electronic monitoring system)

**The cabin AND the pool are maintained/cleaned after every group. I'd love to lower the cleaning fees but prices have gone up on me over time (you know how it is!)
