Beautiful 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with elevator. Very tall ceiling on top floor. This condo has been completely renovated. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the amenities of home. The outside has a water feature and outdoor grills. Other amenities include exercise room, pool and hot tub. There are many restaurants and activities to choose from. The condo is only about 4 minutes from Disneyworld and other Theme Parks.

Nice & roomy apartment for family

We stayed there for a month and had a memorable time. Wonderful communication from the owner. The house is just advertised and pictured. We love it and would be back again.

Loved it!!

Our stay was very very good we spend a month in the home. Exactly as described and any “problems” were responded on quickly. The surroundings felt very safe guard at gate and also very well lighting around parking. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Great property!

This condo is beautiful and so roomy. We had a great week. We went to Disney every day and it's only about a 20 minute drive to every park. The owner is so kind and messaged me many times to make sure everything was going good. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very Very Quiet

The unit was clean and in a quiet location. Parking was great. Master bed was showing it is time for replacement.The unit could have had a big comfortable chair in the Master Bedroom. The unit could have a coffee table and rug in the living room. The manager had excellent communication skills and easy to work with. We will return again if we can connect our dates.

I would certainly consider a large chair in the bedroom.. However, I am unclear about the master bedroom. I just replaced the king sized mattress in June 2022. Thank you and I look forward to your returning.

Great Time

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break trip to Disney, and we absolutely loved it. The condo was very spacious, making it a nice place to relax at the end of a long day at the parks. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and eat a real table instead of ordering take-out or room service. There are lots of easy fast food places and grocery stores nearby that made getting food and snacks very easy. The drive to Disney property was about 15 -20 minutes, depending on where we were going. We did have to buy our own TP and paper towels, but other than that, a really wonderful stay. I will recommend it to any friends or family looking to book off Disney or Universal property for their next vacation.

Wonderful experience

Our experience with this unit and the property manager was great! We checked in late one evening and greg had contacted us with all the check in info to make it easy, and he texted a few times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo fit our family of 6 very comfortably and was very clean. The screened in balcony was way bigger than expected and the home was stocked with all the necessities. If we are ever back in the area we will rebook!

Clean, comfortable, affordable

Overall happy with the stay. Comfortable beds and safe gated community. Newer listing which meant it lacked a lot of the things other properties acquire overtime like spices, utensils, dishes & bath mats. We also had seven of us which meant one of us had to stay on the pull out couch in the living room. Not a problem and we felt like we had enough room but the small condo size water heater meant extremely short showers and the last two people had to wait for the hot water heater to warm back up. In addition, the drive to Universal when traffic volume was high (which was always around Christmas time) could take up to 40 minutes. Very responsive host. Overall happy with stay.

This property has it all. There are so many things to do that you might just want to enjoy a quiet night at home with a tasty meal that you just prepared in the gorgeous chefs kitchen or curl up and watch a love story on the 65 inch television in the living room. You could also take a nice relaxing bath in the soaking tub. If you wanted to go out well that is fine also, because there's a lot to do outside as well. You have a multitude of choices you can eat at and the activities are off of the chain. All of the Theme Parks are right around the corner. The children will love it and you for giving them the best vacation ever.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Recently and completely renovated rental that sleeps eight. The condo has all of the amenities of home with a full stocked kitchen for the chef. It has an elevator that will take you to the top floor. There are televisions in every room including a smart television. You can go out on the screened balconies, which there are 2. This condo is meticulous and is well appointed. There are cleanings performed after each guest departs and sanitized. This is luxury living at its best. It contains two bathrooms that give you that Better Homes and Gardens vibe. There are so many restaurants and activities nearby, but most of all we are so close to Disney the kids will want to visit day and night.
