Welcome to your perfect family getaway near Disney! Our modern, family-friendly home is located in the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort, just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, shopping, and top Orlando attractions, along with easy access to major highways. Whether you’re here for theme parks or relaxation, our home offers comfort, space, and a prime location—only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Our 1,440 sq ft family-friendly townhouse near Disney offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and resort-style amenities. The home features 4 bedrooms (each with TV/cable), 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room—ideal for families and groups. Step outside to your private patio with a hot tub, the perfect way to relax after a fun-filled day at Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld.
As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to resort amenities, including a large pool with an exciting water slide, a fitness center, tennis courts, an on-site gourmet restaurant, and a convenience grocery store stocked with essentials. You’ll get all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel—and more—with the space, privacy, and comfort of a home.
Traveling with Kids? We’ve Got You Covered!
We are a very family-oriented home, and to make traveling with little ones easier, we’re happy to offer several baby and kid essentials for your use. As a family with three young children, we know how helpful it is to have these items readily available and are glad to share them with our guests.

- Portable safety gate for stairs
- Umbrella stroller
- Toddler car seat
- Water toys
- Kids’ plates and cups
The home offers self check-in for your convenience. Detailed check-in instructions and your unique door code will be provided one week prior to your arrival date.
You will also have access to the community amenities, including the pool and fitness center, using the provided Amenity Access VIP Cards. These cards are required for entry and must be used at all times when accessing the amenities. Access is limited to registered guests only.

We’re a family of five who love traveling, exploring new places, and making special memories together. I’m originally from Peru, and now live in New York with my husband and our three young children. As parents, we understand what families look for when choosing a place to stay, and we’ve designed our home to be comfortable, welcoming, and family-friendly. We truly enjoy hosting and love helping guests feel at home while they enjoy everything the Orlando area has to offer.
