This gorgeous vacation home is right next to Angel Fire's golf course yet offers a secluded setting with trails just outside the door. Travelers eager for exotic culture can stop by Enchanted Circle Gateway Museum, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Carson National Forest and Coyote Creek State Park. Enjoy all the area has to offer with expansive hiking/biking trails and cycling.

The open living area features a TV with Dish Network service and a wood-burning fireplace so you can sit and relax with family and friends. Get cozy and enjoy the intimate nature of the fireplace in the main bedroom. There's also an indoor hot tub and sauna for ultimate relaxation. A beautiful wraparound deck offers views of the surrounding aspen trees, making it really feel like you are away from it all!

Things to Know
A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Terrible …needs updating and mold inspection

This place needs to be updated. The hot tub was unusable within 1 day. The fireplace in bedroom was not functioning which we did not know about. The entire place smelled like mold. The cabinets where plates are kept was not clean, the kettle need to be replaced it’ has rust on it. It would have been nice for property managers to clean off outside deck we couldn’t really use the space. There was no way to light fireplace in living room.or downstairs. Overall, very disappointed with the property. We left two days early!

Cabin in Angel Fire

Good location. Cabin clean but outdated. Hot tub and sauna worked fine we enjoyed. Electrical wiring was outdated that we would get shocked walking through the inside. Bedroom upstairs fireplace was not working and we were not notified before. Kitchen very well stocked of appliances, dishes etc. Wanted to see Christmas decor and there was none 🙁

Wonderful Fall location

The house is embedded amongst pine, blue spruce and aspen trees! The leaves were absolutely gorgeous this weekend. Sitting in the hottub looking out at the trees, or having breakfast on the sunny deck was just wonderful.

Great location

We love staying in Angel Fire and day tripping to Taos, Red River and Eagles Nest. This house was perfectly situated for all of that. Very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a bonus. We had a great time!

Nice property/needs attention to detail.

Property fit our need for NM vacation home. Needs more attention to cleaning at turn of customers. Fireplace full of ashes/Towels still in dryer/ dishwasher full from last tenant. Little attention to detail would really help this property.

Old is gold…

The property was very clean. It was like going to a Granny’s house in the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Our favorite part was coffee on the deck. The hummingbirds were wonderful! It was a great stay.

The experience was incredible, my family and especially the children ran freely through the forest and played with the snow, the space inside the house is fantastic, the jacuzzi is amazing and beautiful with colored lights 😍 and at a very good price, very grateful to the owner as the house was very well equipped and very clean!!!

filthy sheets

Property looked great online. when we first arrived there was a cleaning person still there "cleaning" we said we were to check in at 4pm and he said that no one was scheduled to check in and he was going to be there to 6pm but he said he was done cleaning the upstairs and we could go up there. me and my son had to chip away and shovel up to 3 feet of ice and snow off the stairs and deck so we could use these. Getting ready for bed we discovered the sheets had hair and you could see where other peoples dirty feet had been on the sheets even though that there was a card on the beds stating they had been cleaned, so my wife had to wash the sheets and bedding so we could use the beds. my daughter turned on the space heater in the lower bedroom and it made the whole house smell, she turned it off and discovered that it had a filter that needed to be cleaned so she cleaned it so it could be used. There is hole the carpet by the kitchen counter that also has a nail sticking out of it that everybody kept hitting the whole time we were there. there was a trash can of other peoples trash in the garage when we got there, when we left we took our trash but did not take that. I sure was expecting a lot more for all the extra fees that are tacked onto this property. The area was nice I wish the situation would have been better. I will not do this house again.

Great place

While it wasn’t perfect (low flow toilets please!) it was extremely inviting. The hot tub and sauna are easy to use and enjoy. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The owner was nice and helpful. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
