Pretty stone pavilion, unique and quiet, for 2 people, in a property of 32 ares with trees, with a private swimming pool out of sight with a dominant view of the Ardèche mountains.
This bungalow on one level, equipped with all comforts, is surrounded by many shaded or sunny terraces with exceptional views.
This peaceful place on the edge of the village of Saint-Pierre le Déchausselat will charm you. In summer, the cicadas will be there.

This bright bungalow can accommodate 2 people.

You will have a large living room with: a fully equipped kitchen with table, a TV lounge and a sleeping area (160 cm bed and wardrobe).
A bathroom with shower and a toilet.
It is air-conditioned and has a wood stove (wood available).
Terraces with superb views (shaded part).

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

A cellar with washing machine and large umbrella dryer is available to store your groceries in the fridge and your bulky personal items.

Passenger access, you will be at home, you will access via a key box.

The exterior and interior are level and accessible to people with reduced mobility (no steps).
The swimming pool and all the terraces are connected by landscaped paths (concrete or tiled).

Other remarks

We do not provide bed and household linen.

Electric car charging is not allowed (see house rules)

You can rent the pavilion alone outside the months of July and August and you will be able to enjoy the whole property.
Also the swimming pool (unheated) from 10 May to the end of September).
The other accommodation will not be occupied during this period.
