Enjoy your very own slice of heaven in this industrial loft-style bunker home. Nestled right in the heart of wine country, this private oasis offers plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Take in sweeping lake, city and mountain views all from the reprieve of your own light-filled 3 bed/3 bath home. Only minutes from everything Penticton has to offer — the historic downtown, beaches, markets, great food and endless wineries, breweries and cideries. An electric car (EV) charger is on premise. We have plenty of room to park your vehicles and boat. A boat launch and sandy beach on Okanagan Lake is 6 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are meters away. Come see for yourself, we’d love to have you visit!

The Naramata Bench Loft can’t be beat! Hosts Maggie and Fraser were open and helpful. They met us when we arrived and gave us a quick run down of the place. It certainly exceeded expectations. Impeccable but comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. We highly recommend this if you are going to wineries or just enjoying the view!

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved that there were lots of large serving platters and bowls, perfect for larger groups. Great location, wonderful hosts and cool architecture.

This is the perfect spot and perfect location for a getaway! Host is very responsive and on premise and house is clean, well equipped and the view is amazing. Highly recommended!

The bunker concept is awesome, being built on the hill looking down the vineyard and Okanagan lake as background. We wanted to experience in an unique house and we made it. This is the best house ever my family of 6 ever stayed. Maggie is a caring landlord making sure we enjoy the best. I can see birds and animals in the morning the vineyard. The house has more than what we need. Its is very quiet and peaceful. We will come back here for sure.

Amazing views at this very clean and unique setting!

From the moment you arrive to this private setting up on Naramata bench, you are taken aback by the view overlooking the vineyard and of the lake and mountains! The owners are so helpful, easy to communicate with and want your stay to be personal and perfect for your family. This guest home is so unique and clean and spacious! Would recommend this place to all families, including ones with furry friends!

Beautiful property, extremely well appointed! Maggie was an excellent host. The concrete, open concept did allow for some noise transfer, I would recommend earplugs for early and late sleepers.

Modern and organized 3 bedroom home. Lovely kitchen. Well stocked. Our second time in this home. We love this property. BBQ, deck and views are great! Conveniently located to Naramata and Penticton. Superb hosts. We will return. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful stay in Naramata

Maggie is an incredible host and the space was perfect for our group! She ensured we had everything we needed and was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely have to stay here the next time we are in the Okanagan.

Bunker, but lovely, cozy, and well appointed

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Fabulous location with great access to Penticton and Naramata Bunch, The unit is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful views of the valley. The host was great - she spent a few quick minutes with us to show us how things like the big sliding doors work. We had our dog, and she was very relaxed here. Be aware that there is an additional let cleaning fee if you bring your dog (wasn’t clear on the posting for me).

An enjoyable family vacation

We all really enjoyed our stay in the Naramata wine region. Did wine tours and rented a boat on Skaha Lake one day. The location is perfect. Only a short 10 min drive down the hill into town and same for the beautiful sandy beach on the lake. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and well appointed. The views of the lake and vineyards below were breathtaking. Our host was lovely and checking in was a breeze. I will definitely be back.

Sunset views

The hosts are incredible. They pay attention to every detail and the house was immaculate. The house is equipped with everything you’d need and the location is amazing. We had some of the most incredible sunsets to watch over the most gorgeous view.

The perfect getaway!

Before we even arrived, Maggie reached out to welcome us for our stay. Visiting from Washington, she helped coordinate our arrival so we could meet for a walkthrough of some of the finer points of the home. We instantly felt like family! The reception was unexpected, the fun, thoughtful amenities and treats and fresh cut flowers were so warm and welcoming. The pictures of the home can’t capture the beauty of it or its stunning views! We will be back often! Thank you Maggie, for making us feel like family!

Summer Getaway

The home is modern and cozy with all the amenities we needed plus an EV charger. Our dog loved playing in the yard and we loved going to the wineries within a short walking distance.

Perfect for Us

We loved staying in the "bunker"--a very unique architectural concrete space. Great amenities, including a superb Weber BBQ, a view of Okanagan lake from the deck--lots we liked. Great hospitality too--Maggie was very friendly, helpful, and the welcome treats were appreciated! We would definitely come back.

The Bunker

We have stayed here before and nicknamed it "The Bunker" because of its concrete construction. It is ideally located about 10 minutes from Penticton and in an area with some of our favourite wineries. There are three bedrooms, two of which have en suites and the other with a bathroom just outside its doorway. The kitchen is well equipped and is part of a great room with easy table sitting for 6 and living room seating for at least 8. The views are lovely and we had many beautiful sunsets. A large deck has table seating and some individual chairs. The weather for this trip was a bit iffy, but we did have some time to enjoy on the deck. The owners greeted us on arrival and they live on the same property in a home 50m or so away. The lady was delightful to chat with and she had left us some goodies in the fridge and good instructions on what to do with recycling, compost, etc. There was a TV in the main room and one in one of the bedrooms, full cable connections but only used for about an hour by us. Internet was good and so sharing days events with others back at home was easy. One of our party had just purchased an electric vehicle and this was their first trip away from home. They were very happy to find that it had an EV charger outside the front door. I'm sure I could write positive thoughts for much more, but I can summarize by saying we would enjoy staying here again in years to come.

Excellent accommodations, location and hosts

Just returned from a stay in wine country, our second stay at this property. This guest house is perfect for friends sharing, with each bedroom having it’s own full bath. The house is well stocked and in an ideal location with beautiful views. The hosts were great communicators and exceptionally kind. Thank-you for a great visit.

Great Place for biking and hiking access

What a great place. Very clean, great amenities, and very close to the Naramata bench, KVR trail, and Campbell Mountain bike park. We did a lot of hiking and cycling, and this was the perfect place to use as a base. Hiking and biking on Campbell mountain was only 100m away, and road biking routes were close as well. Great hosts and incredibly clean - you couldn’t ask for more.

Wonderful Home

My family and I stayed at Maggie's home for a week. The pictures on the website are 100% accurate and everything about the home was wonderful. Communication with the home owner was quick and comprehensive. Check in was smooth. Maggie met us at the door, explained a few things and was readily available throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needs and more. There were 5 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The concrete floors made cleaning up the dog hair so easy. The view from the deck was beautiful and we enjoyed the BBQ and the deck itself. There was lots of space to park our vehicles and the location was quite central. I would certainly recommend Maggie's house to anyone, especially a larger group. Thank you for the use of your home Maggie and Fraser.
