Built around the turn of the century, it was extensively renovated in 1999 and lovingly restored.   The generous app. 5 in 1. Floor offers you on about 59 square meters a wonderful holiday home.   There is 1 double bedroom (bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with TV and access to the conservatory. (new mattresses in January 2016) In the cozy living area you have a flat screen TV and a music system with Bluetooth. For arrivals with a 3rd and / or 4th Person (preferably children) can transform the couch in the living area into a comfortable bed.   From the living area, the guest in the rear area in a small, fully equipped kitchen with rich kitchen equipment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc ..    To the front, in the direction of the picturesque Wilhelmstrasse, the living area adjoins the front and glazed conservatory, which has a wonderful view of the promenade of the Wilhelmstrasse (curtains available as sunscreen).
