The condo was great, the view even better. Loved the location, shopping and dining within walking distance. Definitely will return to the area and highly recommend Asiago restaurant across the street for an outstanding breakfast

Perfect location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The condo was perfect. The view of the beach was great and we were just steps away from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed! It had a gorgeous view, nice pools, and plenty of space! Highly recommend! We will be back again!

Great Location

There’s a lot of construction taking place on the property and a lot of conflicting signs as to what was available for use. It looked as though one of the elevators and the heated pool and hot tub were closed when they were not. Once we figured out we were able to use both elevators and the hot tub it was a wonderful stay.

Beach Girls!

Great location! Second year staying here! Met our needs. It does need updating in Master Bath, replace huge tub with a great shower. Found a few dirty dishes and silverware. We will come again!

A little outdated, but serviced its purpose

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great, perfect weather, beautiful water. The condo was just a place to sleep, but really could use some major updates, cosmetically, and the washer & dryer function, but could also stand to be updated - very noisy & did not get everything very clean, but served its purpose. However, the mattresses do need to be replaced - very worn out & it would be good for any "extra" blankets to already be clean & ready to use (they were not). We did have a small plumbing issue & the management company was very quick to respond & get it corrected. We consider these things minor, because the beach met all our needs, but a good nights sleep would have been welcomed.

Our stay was good. I can't complain about much. The room with double beds has a fan thats very off balance and noisy and the pots and pans need to be updated. The toilets have issues with flushing and the handle is very positional. The shower was full of hair in the drain so my husband was able to address that. Overall though the condo was amazing. These are just FYIs to address for future guests. We had an amazing time.

Great stay

Positives: great views, large balcony, beautiful decor, everything we needed in the kitchen (cooked and froze food for my baby), plenty of room for our 4 adults and one baby, great location on okaloosa island, plenty of storage space in all rooms. Beach and pool were quiet. Beach chairs included in price. Negatives: sideways view of the beach very restricted due to the building next door and the wall to the next condo on the otherside. Front on the view is great but we like to look up and down the beach, not possible due to balcony being a corner one. Wifi was so slow it was unusable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever visiting the area again.

We certainly strive to keep our condo in excellent condition with all the pleasures and comfort of home, while enjoying the Gulf, beautiful beach, pools, hot tub & the Gulf views from inside & on our balcony. Since I had the pleasure of staying in our condo approximately 2 weeks after your departure, I called the WiFi technician and had a brand new WiFi installed and works great now. Wonderful vacation

The condo was wonderful and as described. Property management sent our check in info to the wrong number, but it was cleared up within an hour. We had Wi-Fi issues due to a storm prior to our stay and it was fixed quickly. Umbrellas at the pool and updated grilling area would be a great update for the complex. Having 2 sets of beach service was awesome, but going down to the beach very early every morning to reserve a chair that the condo owner has always paid for wasn’t fun. They did not give you an option to reserve for the week. Overall beautiful clean condo and we would stay again!

Overall this place fulfilled all our needs.A+++++, 5 stars

The owner Barry handle any problems that arose expeditiously. The kitchen was well quipped all though some of the Teflon pans should be replaced. The unit overall was great! My family had a lovely time and enjoyed being directly on the beach. Summer place had 2 nice sized pools and 1 hot tub. The outdoor balcony was very roomy and you didn't have the sun blazing on you in the morning or in the evening. We noticed other units had raised seating which would have been nice to have but what we had was fine. Plenty of seating in the condo, dining table sat 8 and the Livingroom easily sat 8 as well as the balcony. This location was perfect location only 10 min or less to Destin. A suggestion to Barry update condo photos on vrbo for your condo, this place is much nicer in person than photograghed.

Thank you very much. We certainly try to keep our condo in excellent condition all year long. We just updated our condo a couple of months ago and forgot to upload new photos. We do love the extra seating at both the family room and breakfast room table. And most importantly, we are happy you enjoyed your vacation while staying in our condo. Plus our condo association has done a fabulous job in maintaing Summer Place year after year. Thank you again for staying with us in 501.

Great Location

The condo was very nice and the balcony was very roomy. We had a few hiccups during our stay. One the elevator was not working on our floor for several days. It was a holiday weekend so they didn't get it fixed until Tuesday. Two the beach service guy was very rude. I spoke to him several day and each day he was very rude. Didn't explain how the beach chair service worked. In past condo's we rented all you had to do was tell them your condo # and they would set them up for you each day and put a marker on them with your room #. On the third day we came to the beach he said it was first come first serve, and to check in with him each day. Could have told me that the first day! Other than that was a great condo and would stay there again.
