Fantastic views with the convenience of being on the ground floor! No need to carry all your beach and pool supplies up and down stairs and or wait on the elevator. You can sit on the patio and watch the ocean and boats go by as your kids play in the pool just a few feet in front of you or walk out the gate on the patio past the pool directly to the beach. You can't find this combination just any where. Stay in our gulf front condo in Fort Walton Beach at Summer Place. This first floor accommodation includes three bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and a laundry room. Your patio opens to a paved walkway to the beachfront pools and a boardwalk to the beach where your umbrella and beach chairs are set up for you (March 1 – October 31). You get two sets of beach chairs and umbrella daily. Accommodating up to 8 people, Summer Place #107 meets every vacation desire. With sugar white beach and plenty of amenities, this beautiful vacation rental would be a fantastic setting for your next trip to the beach.

Good communication from the owner. The check in process was smooth and the condo was clean. The owner followed up to verify everything was good. The location of the unit was excellent and stocked with a lot of necessities.

The most perfect family vacation spot for everyone!!

I travel VERY often, this was one of the best experiences I have had, the condo included so many extras to make our trip even more enjoyable. Kyle was incredibly responsive and so accommodating with a couple requests I had. Your patio is literally ON the pool deck and the beach is such a short walk.(one of the shortest distances to the ocean I’ve been to in Florida. The sand is sugar soft flour sand and gorgeous. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place. I also liked it’s just out of Destin so not as busy. There are multiple walkable restaurants to go to including Stewbys (it’s #1 out of 206 restaurants) also walking distance it a gas station and 2 souvenir shops with clothing. Can’t wait to go back here!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. We take a family trip to the beach each year. This condo was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. At first we were a little leery about staying at a ground floor unit. We could see the water from our patio. The teens loved the pool & hot tub right outside our door. The beach was literally just steps away. Beach service included 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas. Since it is a smaller building it was nice to get front row every day. The condo had everything we needed. We ate breakfast & lunch in the condo every day & went out for dinner. Kyle was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying there!

The best condo I’ve ever stayed at in the area

Summer place was absolutely amazing. We traveled with my almost 2 year old son. The location can’t be beat. You are literally inches from the pool from your back door. The beach is a short walk and the chairs and umbrella top it off. I’ve never seen such a clean place. We’ve been coming to Destin area for 8 years now and every time there’s something, no matter how small, wrong with where we stay. I can honestly say that was not the case with this place. Everything was perfect. We will be repeat customers.

The beach was very clean and our chairs were set up for us when we asked. The Condo was conveniently located near many restaurants. The communication with Kyle was excellent. Our girls trip was a success!! We hope to return again sometime in the future!!

Great Stay for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle's condo. The location was super convenient for use of the pool and having our two kids play at the pool. Beach is also super close and having chairs and umbrellas provided was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay her again.

Great Stay

We loved our vacation here. Our kids started their day in the pool and ended their day in the pool most days and the fact that it was right outside our door was great. The beach is also a short walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Highly recommend!

We just spent an amazing week at this well appointed,very clean, and tastefully decorated condo. The owner was easy to contact and helpful with questions about where to eat, shop etc. Honestly cannot say enough about the convenience of being on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach! Even if there were people in the pool you cannot hear anything from the inside-amazing. We will definitely be returning to this gem! Thanks Kyle!

Family Getaway

The condo was exactly as advertised and the communication with the property owner was excellent. Even though the property is on the first floor by the pool there was very little outside noise. This is a very family oriented area with plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. One pleasant surprise was the extremely comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. We definitely enjoyed quality sleep! The beach chairs were a plus and we never felt the beach was overcrowded. Overall, this was a great family getaway and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Location!

I’m just now getting around to writing our review. We stayed over Thanksgiving last year and had a blast! The condo was well-appointed. I think there were 4 TVs in the unit but we never turned any of them on during our stay! My only recommendation to the owners would be to add beach/pool towels. I knew they weren’t included but forgot to pack any and had to pick some up which wasn’t a huge deal. Very clean, furnishings were nice and the beds are great. I slept better than I ever do at home. Being able to do laundry before heading home was a great convenience. The location is absolutely amazing. You’re literally steps from the beach/ocean. The ground floor access was great for members of our family that have mobility issues. There’s a huge deck box of sand/beach toys including boogie boards. We brought sand toys but really didn’t need to. Since we went in November, the free beach chairs/umbrellas weren’t included, but I was able to arrange for them to be set up on the days we wanted and pay the service directly. The pool that’s heated in the cooler months is the one right outside the condo. That and the hot tub were quite popular spots but we were never bothered by noise and after the quiet hours, no one was out there. We enjoyed the slower pace of FWB as compared to the hustle and bustle of Destin. We did a dolphin cruise and a couple of other things over there. It was our first trip to the area but we will definitely be back!

Excellent!

We had everything we needed for a group of 8 (including a one year & three year old). The location being on the main floor next to the hot tub and directly leading to the ocean provided a convenience that couldn’t be beat. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. It was a great stay!

My grandparents bought a condo on Fort Walton Beach back in the 80's. I don't remember a time when we did not come to Fort Walton Beach for our family vacation. Now that I have 3 kids and my sister has 2 kids, we all do not fit in my grandparents original condo they purchased so long ago. So we decided to purchase one of our own so our kids can enjoy taking vacations to the beach with our entire family like I did as a kid.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property is a perfect location for family vacations to the beach as well as the retired couples not wanting to walk up and down stairs or wait on the elevator. The things we like most about the property is you can sit on the balcony and watch your kids play in the pool while you are enjoying a fantastic view with out having to walk down any stairs or take an elevator to get to the pool. Being on the ground floor also make trips to the beach much easier. When you have several children getting all your stuff to the beach can be difficult. Being able to walk directly out the back door of the unit and start your trip to the beach makes things much easier for parents that have to carry endless amounts of beach toys for your kids.
