Kamaole Sands 4-208 is your premier Hawaiian retreat in one of the best properties in Kihei! This centrally located 1bd/2bath unit is the perfect spot for your Maui vacation!

Kamaole Sands offers amenities for the entire family with a large pool, children's wading pool and hot tub, adult hot tub, 4 tennis courts, BBQ grills, picnic areas and fitness center! Directly across from one of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole III Beach! Enjoy surfing, sandy beaches, dining, and shopping all within walking distance!

Kamaole Sands 4-208 is nicely updated! The kitchen features dining for four and is equipped with cookware, dishes, and kitchen accessories to create Maui meals.

The comfortable living area is spacious and inviting! Complete with a large flat-screen TV, convertible sofa for additional sleeping, and window AC to keep cool on the warm sunny days of Maui.

The spacious lanai offers seating for 6 to enjoy dining outdoors while taking in the beautiful garden setting as well as the spectacular Maui sunsets!

The primary bedroom is decorated nicely with the feel of the islands and offers a King bed, ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and mirrored closet doors! The ensuite bathroom features a spacious tiled walk-in shower with a beautiful vanity.

The Guest bathroom is conveniently located off the entry hall. It features a glass-enclosed tiled shower and plenty of vanity space to get ready for your Maui adventures!
Kamaole Sands 4-208 has a stackable washer and dryer to allow for lighter packing.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Lanai was spacious and beautiful,always in shade.Kitchen was well equipped except the dish washer didn’t clean. Because we are early risers the noise from elevator users was not a problem. The property grounds are beautiful and the beach access couldn’t be better.

Close to Kamaole III

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very comfortable king size bed, nice shower with very soft towels. Appreciated having the washer and dryer in the room. Loved being close to beach access. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are meticulously maintained. Met so many nice people.

Great location. Can walk to beach , shopping and restaurants. Our condo looked out on back road which we were not aware of when we booked, so disappointing to not have a view of ocean even at a distance or of the landscape in centre of property which is beautiful. Very restful stay.Enjoyed it all!

Kamaole Sands Maui

Great place to stay. CB Island Vacations has a nonfunctioning website. I spent hours and anxious moments trying to pay and communicate online. Their telephone responses were not too bad.

Great stay, just a few little things

Beautiful property and excellent location. Parking stalls blocking access corridors throughout are a nuisance. Pullout mattress is not comfortable. Floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Staff are very professional and overall a great spot.

Great place! Fun pool and awesome beach across the street!

The only issues were that the couch bed was not comfortable. We rented another unit at the same place and they had a topper on the couch bed that made it comfortable but this place did not.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was excellent. In the future we will not stay at 4-208 due to high level of noise from road and being right next to the elevator. Also would suggest a new mattress; current one very uncomfortable.

Aloha Susan, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you had an overall excellent experience. We apologize for the noise issue and the uncomfortable mattress in unit 4-208. The noise is a bit of a hit and miss however, we will look into swapping out the mattress. Mahalo for staying with CB Island Vacations.

Unit was comfortable, but floor was not clean enough to go barefoot.

AC only in the living room and its noise competed with the TV. Nice to have a TV in the bedroom but it could only view dvds. Nice to have the EV charging stations in the parking area. Enjoyed the complimentary Hawaiian music and dance at the pool once a week, even though they discontinued the happy hour.

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, with a nice little dining room as well. The living room area was spacious. Our bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and only wish we would have stayed here longer. The property grounds were nice as well, right across the street from the beach. With a nice little unexpected trail along the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great little place to stay with everything you could need in the kitchen and the comfort of a washer and dryer so dirty clothes don't pile up. It was pretty clean. There is one wall air conditioning unit in the living area.....the bedroom is at the other end towards the entrance....that makes for some warm nights...placed the portable fan in the hall to blow the cool air down that way and it did help. That said, we were there when Maui was having a heat wave....been there several times and never as hot as August 2022!

We went at a good time of year so opening the sliding door helped. The mattress on the the pull out need to be replaced. It was a great location and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach

Work home

The property management company checked in to make sure we had settled in well. Clean, good amenities, quiet (even being by the elevator). Have stayed in multiple different units at Kamaeole Sands. All have been well appointed and a great place to stay for a week of work. Unit 4-208 was equally good!

Kam Sands was an awesome experience

Kam Sands is in a great location with beautiful grounds. Our unit was very clean with all the amenities (beach chairs and towels, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms) to make our stay comfortable.

Great stay in Feb/March 2022

It's been 15 years since we've been to Maui. The last time we stayed in another unit at the Kamaole Sands, which is when we fell in love with this place. This unit was very nice. The bed was so comfy. I loved having 2 bathrooms in the unit. This unit is at the back of the complex. It is a very short easy walk to the pool. We loved that they had a hot tub specifically for adults. Kamaole Beach 3 is a very short walk across the street. The far south end of the beach is an area that is really nice for children. A turtle visited us there 3 mornings in a row. It was huge!! There are several restaurants with in a very short walk. Overall this was a great place to stay!

We love Kamaole Sands!

We were disappointed in a few things in this unit. The photos weren’t online when we booked and we didn’t realize it was on a road and didn’t look into the courtyard which is beautiful. Instead homeless people come and go, sleeping in their cars on the side of the road. Additionally, the furniture in the living room area was very uncomfortable. Disappointing. That said, we love the resort, just not this unit.
