Welcome to our cozy suite in South Kihei! Our home offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay on the beautiful island of Maui. Step out onto our oversized lanai and breathe in the tropical breeze while enjoying the lush greenery of the large grassy space just steps away.
This is a 1 bedroom ground floor unit in the sought after Maui Vista community, about 610 sqft. As our guest, you'll have access to Maui Vista's fantastic amenities, including free parking (one car), swimming pools, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. Plus, you'll be a street away from fantastic Kihei beaches!

• Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
• Important: To use the tennis courts, a reservation must be made ahead of time. Please get in touch with us so we can arrange it for you.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
