We are making our beautiful lake front 4 bedroom family home in Higden AR available to those looking to create memories on the most beautiful lake in Arkansas, or maybe anywhere.
Our spacious 4 bedroom lake front home is the perfect escape for those wanting to vacation, relax on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Located in one of the best areas of the lake, near the Narrows area.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space!
Enter the home on the main living area floor, featuring a really nice smart TV with internet. Sit and relax and watch tv withconnected soundbar (bluetooth to connect phones etc...) on the comfortable couch and chair.
The kitchen has an easy to use electric convestion oven and stove top, a large microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and other great kitchen supplies. Cabinets stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, and other needed utensils and accessories for 6 to 8 people. The kitchen table seats 6, and there are also 3 bar stools for seating of 9 in the kitchen / dining area.
Two downstairs bedrooms. One Bedroom has a twin bed and the other has a bunk bed. The bedroom with the twin bedroom connects to a nice bathroom with tub/ shower.
- Upstairs in the home you will find a well appointed main bedroom with a king sized bed. There is an attached bathroom that is well appointed and has a jetted tub and large separate walk in shower.
Across the hall is a nice bedroom, with a queen size bed in a bedroom that also has a 1/2 bath attached (sink and toilet)

You'll love all the outdoor living areas! From the screened in porch just off the kitchen to the back stone patio! On the screened in back porch we have a nice table to seat 4, and a swing. Take the stairs off the screened in porch and head to a beautiful stone patio area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy beautiful lake views. From this back patio you can walk down to the lake. We have a nice SOLO Stove to make small fires and roast marshmellows and smores! ( Fire pit is available to use seasonally, but not allowed during fire/ burn bans please. You will need firewood available at local stores. * Do not get firewood off of US Army Corps of Engineers property.

* Are you bringing children? Watch them closely. There are steps, and other areas in the home and other outside areas where small children can fall or stumble and be injured.
We love the lake and love our home there, and the community at the lake is great! The home is in a very quiet and right on the lake.
Another great thing about the area is that it is close to a USACE park, the Narrows Park and campground with a boat ramp. Lacey's Narrows Marina where you can rent boats, and get boating suppplies and marine fuel. is also close by, just across from the Narrows Campground and boat launch.

When outside please remember - Do not camp, start fires, litter or trespass on to adjoining property or any US Army Corps of engineer (USACE) property. The USACE property is property adjoining us where you walk when you go to the lake. YOu can use the property to walk to the lake but that is all.

Groceries and supplies and several restaruants are close by..
Cravens Grocery store is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive.
Dollar General and Dollar Tree (2) just around the corner.
Several restaurants nearby including - Bentley's Restrauant and buffet, Boar House BBQ, Las Playitas Mexican, and the popular Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant. More restasurants are at Fairfield Bay

Make this your base for all kinds of lake fun, fishing, and even great river fishing on the Little Red River too.
