This cabin has it all…beautiful views, lakefront, boat slip and close to town. Please, note that there is a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This includes adults and children. If you have more than 8 guests, we cannot accommodate you. We classify the style as mountain lodge with a modern touch providing a wonderful retreat from everyday life. The cabin is the top unit of a two unit building. It boasts amazing views from the two story windows and large covered back deck. Guests are steps from the lake and dock providing swimming, fishing and boating adventures. This is one of very few rentals on Greer’s Ferry Lake that has boat slips for renters. The location is great because it is next to the Edgemont Bridge which is only a mile from the town of Greer’s Ferry, 10 miles from Fairfield Bay and right on the best lake in the country.
Greer’s Ferry Lake is a favorite water playground nestled in the foothills of the Ozarks in north central Arkansas. This 40,000-acre masterpiece pleases water enthusiasts of all types. The lake is surrounded by an abundance of rock outcropping, trees, and wildlife making it a leading tourist destination. Greer’s Ferry Lake is noted for its pristine shoreline and deep crystal clear waters that provide a wonderful opportunity for enjoying nature at its finest. The lake has deep clean water for boating, water skiing, and scuba diving. There are vast stretches of water for sailing and other water sports. All of this is mere steps away from the cabin.
You can launch your boat less than a mile away at Devil’s Fork boat launch. If you wish to rent a boat or Jet Ski, Lacey’s Narrows Marina is only three miles away. Once you have your boat in the water, you will enjoy having it docked in a slip just a short walk away from the cabin. The Cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs. Bedroom one has a Tempur-Pedic king bed with private bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two has another Tempur-Pedic king bed and adjoins the hall bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Guests are provided with towels and wash cloths for your convenience. The upstairs loft bedroom has one king bed and two twin beds. Each bed was carefully chosen to ensure comfort for our guests. The laundry is off the hall on the first floor and includes a full size washer and dryer. The two story living room has a couch, love seat and recliner with a large flat screen TV mounted to the two story gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a peninsula bar that is 11 foot long and great for buffet style serving. The peninsula bar has seating for 4 in addition to the dining table that seats 6. In the kitchen, renters are provided with fiesta dinnerware, pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc to allow guests to prepare meals in home. The entrance to this unit is up one half of a flight of stairs, so it is not easily accessible by wheelchair. Please, note that pets are not allowed. We know this won't work for everyone, but we cannot allow you to bring pets with you.
Also, we supply hotel type shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, and we provide a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, so that is less for you to bring with you.
