Roundhouse Ridge - Vineyard, Hot Tub and Acreage to Explore!

This unique roundhouse is nestled amongst a vineyard, with 64 acres of beautiful natural landscapes from the front to back of the property. Practice your putting skills on the newly installed 4-cup putting green. You’ll have views of the hobby vineyard from the spacious 2,700 sq. ft. patio and, in the summer, get a front row seat watching the cyclists passing by during the annual Granfondo Axel Merckx Okanagan. We’re minutes away from Fairview Golf Course and the town of Oliver. A short 12-minute drive will take you to the new Wine District Village development. Inside our space, you’ll feel comfortable with the three bedrooms with comfortable beds and closet space for storage for 6 people. There is a small area adjacent to a laundry room with a 2-piece bathroom. The main washroom is a 4-piece bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and counter space for preparing delicious meals. Outside has a large 2,700 sq. ft. concrete patio with comfortable patio furniture, a fire pit, a propane BBQ, and 6-person hot tub (located beside the patio). These offer ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors day and night. Climb up to the top of our property and soak in the sweeping views of the South Okanagan Valley. If you need to relax by the water, take a short15 minute drive to Rotary Beach Park on Tuc-el-Nuit Lake. It is close to downtown Oliver and includes a playground, picnic tables, washrooms, grassy and sandy areas, with a spectacular view of McIntyre Bluff. *Please note that this is a working vineyard, and crews may be on the property from time to time. This will not affect your visit. ** This property uses a septic system and well water system. Please follow the signage on the do's and don'ts of usage. *** Visitors are allowed beyond the gate towards the highlands to access the mountain views at your own risk. Please keep the gate closed at all times.

We enjoyed the property. There were more bugs than we expected. Had to always make sure the doors were closed. Kitchen was a mish-mash of things. There was only one good-sized mug. We had to go out and buy more coffee mugs, which we left there for the next guests. Location isn't the greatest if you want to go somewhere and have a drink. There's only one taxi in the Oliver area and no Uber-type businesses operating there. Not handy to go anywhere. We had to drive ourselves which meant that one person couldn't drink. We also spent considerable money just to rent a driver for 4 hours. Because it's a working property there is some noise earlier in the mornings. Thankfully we were morning people. Not suitable if you want to sleep in. We liked that it was wired for sound inside and out. Hot tub is wonderful, although very chlorinated. Our two friends thought that it was really overpriced. My husband and I thought that it was a little overpriced.

A beautifully maintained property. We had an absolutely fantastic girls’ weekend at The Roundhouse! Everything was perfect—from the putting green and hot tub to the cozy fire pit under the stars. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All the beds were very comfortable too, which made for a great night’s sleep after our days of fun.Mark was lovely to deal with, super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. One highlight was the hike up the hill behind the house, totally worth it for the stunning view (and yes, there are chairs and a fire pit up there too!). We even spotted a deer on the walk up, which felt magical.At night, we loved stargazing while listening to our playlist on the outdoor sound system, such a vibe. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks again, Mark!

Gorgeous Spot!

The property is stunning! Friends flew in on the new direct flight from Toronto to Kelowna and they fell in love with the roundhouse. Wine tastings all around Oliver were world class. The property was so well maintained and so enjoyable with the fire, the hot tub, hammocks and lounge area; we loved! Highly recommend.

We Loved the Roundhouse!So quiet and serene with the birds singing and the deer wandering about overlooking the vineyard. Home was well laid out with comfortable furniture and beds. Great location to access the golf courses around Oliver/Osoyoos area as well as the wineries. We loved the big deck and made a fire one quiet morning. Hosts are awesome. Mark had stopped by after we checked in to make sure place was clean as they had new housekeepers. Oilers were playing in the Stanley cup finals and Tania offered to get us a Sportsnet channel if the streaming didn’t work. Internet is fibre optic so it worked just fine. We had a fantastic stay and will come back during the fall season. Would 100% recommend!

Roundhouse fun for a friends wine trip!

My 3 friends and I stay in the Okanagan every year for our annual wine trip. This year we booked very last minute and we could not be happier with our booking at the Roundhouse! Centrally located in Oliver this space had everything we wanted, well stocked kitchen, ample space for 4 to sleep, a great tv/entertainment area as well as hot tub, bbq and small putting green! The outlook at this house was spectacular looking out at a ton of vines. We didn't have great weather but it didn't matter as it was so cozy inside! So many windows show off the incredible landscape. You need a vehicle to get there as it is off the beaten track up some winding roads, make sure your high beams work if you arrive in the dark! Bring bottled water with you as they are on hard well water, as well as all your basic toiletries as they are not provided. Other than that the place was fantastic and Mark and Tania were wonderful hosts that were super easy to get a hold of. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, such a great space.

Beautiful and serene setting

We came to Oliver for a wine weekend and had a great stay. There were 5 adults so we enjoyed the hot tub and campfire. The outdoor living area is huge. The inside was very clean and well equipped. Great stay!

Girls getaway

The Roundhouse was even better than expected! The location is perfect if you want privacy and peace. It’s a short drive to Penticton, Oliver or Osoyoos. Mark went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and recommended some wonderful wineries and restaurants. Stay here if you ever get the opportunity!!!

Perfect spot for Wine Weekend!

Was a great great stay! House was perfect for us 3 ladies ! Super close to all the great wineries! House was super clean and everything you need! The outside patio was amazing would have been even better if the sun was shining more ! Will definitely return, can’t wait! Thanks for sharing your great home!!

Very Private - Close to Everything

This is our 2nd stay at the Round House. We are already planning our next year visit to the Okanagan and we hope the Round House is available when we look for accommodations. We've stayed at several locations between Osoyoos and Oliver and the Round House is #1 on our list of places to stay. We come to Oliver for Golf and Wine; both readily available and in proximity of the Round House. The location is VERY private and quiet (road noise is virtually non-existent) allowing us to enjoy the birds and wild life in the area (e.g., deer on the mountainside across the road). We like the layout, the amenities and the comfort of our stay. It can get quite chilly in early April, so we don't get to use the beautiful patio area very much, but when we do it is a treat. We sat outside after our last round of golf and winery visit, both 3 - 5 minutes away, enjoyed the sun and finished off a great day before BBQ steaks (and wine, of course). Whenever we have a question for our hosts, I usually text, they respond REALLY fast, even by phone, to ensure we are answered and taken care of. Makes for a truly relaxing stay; what vacations are all about. Yes, we recommend the Round House.

The Roundhouse is great

There were four of us on this trip and all of us enjoyed it. Accommodations were fine. However one deficiency would be drinking water. We were quite surprised to find that it wasn't provided, as the well water was recommended not to drink.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for four friends on their annual Okanagan wine tasting getaway. The house was clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were lovely. The location worked very well for us and the outside space could not be surpassed. A wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

The pictures do not do the round house justice. Beautiful home, peaceful and scenic surroundings. Everything is new and clean. We stayed to attend a wedding, and it was a perfect place to host family and friends. Everything we needed and more.

Roundhouse Sanctuary

Amazing place and people. Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of Okanogan wildfires and all the smoke. We had to travel back to Vancouver after only 1 day. Hope to return this fall.

Quick summer stay

A lovely home in a beautiful setting. This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the hike just up the road, golfing and the wineries all close by. The owner was very easy to communicate with, they occupy an adjacent building on occasion. There presence was not uncomfortable at all. They were very easy going. We had a wonderful stay! We love the Okanagan! We've got two other rental properties at the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. We have been VRBO members since 2014. Feel free to check out our other rental properties. This new little gem is affectionately known as the Roundhouse Retreat. We are currently renovating it to suit the needs for a family of 6, with a hot tub, large deck and plenty of space to roam freely away from the city.

We've been fortunate enough to find this hobby vineyard and make it our home, to share with friends and family. The property is situated on scenic Willowbrook Road, with twists and turns along the countryside. It is picturesque.

Our property is located on 64 acres of land with views of Oliver and Osoyoos. You'll understand why we love this property.

Minutes away from the town of Oliver, Fairview Golf Course, horses and hunting grounds. You'll feel like you are miles away when watching deer, bears and listening to the sounds of coyote singing under the moonlight.

There is a private 6 person hot tub located behind the house, and a hammock under the shade of two pines.

This property has beautiful winter hiking trails. You might see a deer prancing through the property. Please be BEAR AWARE!
