Beautiful remodeled condo steps from beach!

Thank you for the review. The TV was replaced immediately after being notified with a brand new one from Costco. Also, as you mentioned the condo was well stocked with supplies and beach gear is in great working order.

Thank you Melanie for the review. However, I don't understand what you mean by deceiving. The description is completely accurate. There are signs posted around the complex that it's quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. So if there is occasionally a person making a little more noise than usual during the quiet time then we really can't control that. However, thankfully it's few and far between. Again not sure what you mean by "pretty sure the floors aren't wood". Most structures in a tropical environment are made with cement including ours. In some nicer condos we put wood or wood laminate on the floors to make it look nice and be comfortable on the feet. The TV was replaced with a brand new one from Costco as well as the over the range microwave. I did drop a replacement microwave for you in the meantime. And for you to say it "just showed up" is also a little deceiving. We have a text thread that said I was going to have one dropped off the next day. Not sure how that was not understood. You are correct about the closet. Half of it is used for condo supplies, and tools for maintenance. But not sure how you came to the conclusion that guests get the entire closet. Nothing was said or shown. Seems like a bit of "deception" on your part again. The appliance are only a couple years old, however, as you probably can imagine there are many many people that come in and use all the appliances so they do get well used and need occasional maintenance. Once I saw that the light was out, I fixed it immediately. All you have to do is send out a request if you run into any issues and they get fixed immediately. I'm on the island 2 or 3 times a year trying to make sure everything is in great working order so that each and every guest enjoys their stay completely. The sliding door was also fixed so lock outs will never happen again. I guess my suggestion for your next VRBO stay would be to maintain good communication with the owner instead of no communication and then deceptively complain at the end. I think it would be a much better vacation for you.
