Enjoy the beauty of the untouched, protected island of St. John, while enjoying the convenience of staying near some of the best shopping and restaurants in the Caribbean.

Imagine your stay at the Grand Bay Resort, St. John's newest luxury condominium development located right in the harbor of Cruz Bay. From your 1BR/1BA condo, enjoy sweeping views of the beautiful turquoise water in Cruz Bay, lounge on your large, breezy balcony as you watch the St. John Ferry arrive and activities at the local beach bar while listening to nightly concerts of Caribbean music.

When you venture out only 5 minutes you will find excellent shopping, fantastic restaurants, and affordable transportation to the untouched, protected beaches of the St. John in the National Park.

Take a 20 minute nature walk to two of St. John's most pristine beaches, Salomon and Honeymoon Beach or rent a dinghy right outside of your condo and boat the whole north shore of St. John.

A 2 minute walk from your condo to rent a jeep and you will explore the full beauty of this 'untouched' island. We have you covered with available beach towels, chairs and coolers. Don't worry about the parking, we have a reserved parking spot just for you at your Cruz Bay condo - a rare commodity in downtown St. John.

Prepare a gourmet meal in your fully equipped kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer, bar area, queen size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV w/DVD are also included for your use.

Bring with you a desire to get away from it all, see the natural beauty of this island and leave your cares behind. We have the rest covered!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location - close to town and easy to get a taxi to the beaches. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were hits with our family after a long day at the beach and hiking. The staff onsite was great and the host’s property management team was nice, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa and awesome location. You can walk to all the bars/restaurants. Villa had everything we needed from coolers to beach chairs. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Grande Bay Estates is in the perfect location for anyone visiting St. John. It’s an easy walk to the grocery store, and taxis to the beaches are readily available nearby. Restaurants and shops are just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Cruz Bay without needing a car.The condo itself was amazing. The beautiful deck offered stunning views of Cruz Bay and was the perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings. Inside, the full-size kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for a comfortable, extended stay.Overall, Grande Bay Estates combines convenience, comfort, and incredible views—an ideal choice for a St. John getaway.

Just returned from a FABULOUS stay! The place was fantastic and the view of Cruz Bay was beautiful. The host was GREAT! Provided us with helpful tips on restaurants, transportation etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Property Management group was extremely responsive in answering questions etc. We definitely plan on going back to stay at this unit. It was close to everything. Although there was a unit in front of us we still had a nice view of Cruz Bay. The patio area was very roomy. Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Nice breeze.

Great Stay

Wonderful island visit; great location to town of Cruz Bay; walk to everything in town! The Grande Bay was right next to restaurants and bars. Perfect location! Parking included with our rental unit.

Perfect location

This was our first stay right in Cruz Bay and we loved the location. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We went to St. John for the first time in 1989 and fell in love with the island’s beauty and atmosphere. During the past 20 plus years the island hasn’t changed much. Our favorite activities on St. John are spending time on Salomon Beach, exploring the island with a car, snorkeling, hiking, renting a dingy and boating the North Shore and enjoying the wonderful restaurants.

We purchased our condo in 2003 and have loved it ever since. Every time we stayed on St. John we stayed away from Cruz Bay and then had to drive to Cruz Bay in the evening for dinner and the activities. We love Grande Bay because we can walk to everything in Cruz Bay and Salomon Beach.

We purchased our condo because of all of the islands we visited, St. John was our favorite. The main reason we love this island is because 2/3 of the island is national park. Even though this island will become more populated, there will still be great beaches and scenery for a long time to come because of the protected areas in the National Park.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We purchased our unit because it is in Cruz Bay with a parking space. We usually rent a jeep and now we always have a place to park in town. We love having dinner in town and shopping the local stores. We also can walk to our favorite beach, Salomon Beach.
