This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #105 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Honeymoon/Vacation! Perfect getaway/family vacay!

Great place! Great pool, beach access, and walking distance to town. There’s lots to do and June is a beautiful time to go. Highly recommend the facility. Lots of families with young kids and kind people! :)

Nice Getaway

Perfect for my husband and myself. Had everything we needed! AC wasn't working when we arrived, but was fixed promptly and we had no other issues. Very quiet and close to beach. Will stay again!

Great location

It was a basic one bedroom condo. The sleeper sofa bed was absolutely terrible. The location was great and they even had live music at the pool on Sunday.

Short vacation

It’s a great property, perfectly located on East Beach and convenient to everything you need on the Island. It’s quiet (or at least it was during my stay) and peaceful. In my particular unit, the WiFi was intermittent and could be stronger, otherwise, a great experience.

Not good

Very small condo. Bathroom towel rack fell off, toilet seat broken, shower control loose, only gave you 2 towels and was told to wash them. Advertised Wi-Fi but was seldom available. Parking spots very small. If you own a suv, you had to park outside to be able to get out of your vehicle. Will not go back.

Fall Getaway Somewhat Disappointed 2024

The room was clean however, the furniture in the living room is very much outdated not comfortable. The picture quality on both TVs was not good. The iron did not work. The bathroom itself is very small. The kitchen is minimally stocked. There were only two good coffee mugs they have minimal cooking utensils. Also want to comment on the difficulty of accessing the beach.This condo is on the ocean, however to get to the beach, you have to go through a tidal pool, which in some areas were up to our knees and in some areas even higher! You need to drive down to East Beach, which is a lovely beach but again if you wanna walk directly out to the beach, you can’t do it here . The property grounds were well taken care of very nice pool area .We were close to restaurants shops in beautiful East Beach. We truly loved Saint Simons Island. We planned to return, but we will not be staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it. I am so sorry that the property was not well stocked for your stay. We have since taken inventory and added missing items. Our coastline and beach are ever changing especially after the two hurricanes that went through in October. I am sorry that accessing the beach was difficult. We, like many others are reaching out to the State and the Department of Natural Resources for any appropriate assistance. We do hope to welcome you back to the island soon!

Great Beach Location

I've stayed on St. Simons Island in the past but never at the Beach Club. I stayed with a few of my friends and we loved how close the beach was. We could walk to and from our room to the pool or the beach. The beach area was not crowded and there was plenty of room to spread out without being on top of each other. There was a total of 4 of us who stayed here and we picked it because it had the option for the pull out couch. Unfortunately the pull out couch really could use an update. The mattress itself was comfortable but the frame that you pull out has seen better days. We ended up putting the mattress on the ground and it was way more comfortable that way. On a good note the king bed was very comfortable! When we arrived we noticed that there was only two sets of bath towels so we went to the main office to see if we could get more since there was 4 of us. The lady in the main office was not very nice and told us that since we only had one bathroom we should technically only have one set of towels and that we could just use the washer and dryer. Luckily she did provided us with one more set. So, one of us just used a beach towel. Also the internet connection was very slow and spotty and I think that is because the whole Beach Club community uses the same service. Overall I would stay here again and I do recommend the Beach Club mainly because the pool is great and being right on the beach is awesome!

Perfect place for our last minute getaway!

We literally booked this place the day we before our trip. We arrived quite early, but the office already had all of our info on hand. The room was not ready yet, so they marked us as “waiting” and had it ready in no time. We were actually able to check in 2 hours early. We loved having direct access to the beach, and the pool was beautiful. Both were mildly crowded during the middle of the day, but the mornings and evenings were so quiet! The room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It could use a few minor fixes, like the bifold door in the kitchen does not sit in the track, and the fold out bed is missing most of the springs. However, we took the advise from a previous review and put the mattress on the floor. It was a very good mattress and was still quite comfortable. Overall, the stay gets a thumbs up from our family!

Very nice Beach Club

Overall, our impression of the property and the stay was lovely. It was quiet and quite spacious. There was a minor problem with check-in, in that there was no welcome packet, and therefore no parking permit, which required some phone calling to get organized. . We also encountered a broken lamp, which we reported but did not need, so suggested that they fix it when we left. .

AMAZING VACATION

We stayed at Beach Club and enjoyed every minute! Breakfast on the balcony, reading by the pool, walking on the beach.. the condo was equipped with everything we needed!!

I was sceptical about staying at this property since it didnt have any reviews, but, I'm glad we took a chance. The condo was in great condition and perfect for our little family.
