Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this completely renovated, beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The much sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

Shipwatch 200 has a master bedroom with an en-suite bath featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen bed. There is another full bathroom with walk-in shower just off the hall.

Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony.

Shipwatch 200 offers ocean views. There is an elevator at Shipwatch.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
•The beach is a short walk away with Shipwatch's private boardwalk. The Pier/Village area is 2 miles away

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag
• (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Weekend stay

Location to beach, village and restaurants was excellent. Our unit gave us an ocean and woods view and we enjoyed the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Would rent again if ever back on St Simons.

Slice of heaven!

This condo was beautifully decorated, located close to everything and the short walk on the property to the beach was so nice. The pool was crystal clear and overall it was such a great place to stay. Plenty of linens and fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!!

Island Days

The condo itself was wonderful, as described. The walk to the beach is about 5-6 min. If it rains, the path gets very wet and 2 days has to go completely around. Thin walls between our floor and 3rd floor or the tenants extra noisy. But still enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Love the new exterior paint.

Great for a short trip! We mainly spent most of our time at beach, pool, or eating out. I would suggest bringing a beach wagon for going to beach. It is a bit of a walk when carrying a bunch of stuff. I was thankful to see a device near us providing chairs and umbrellas to rent. Money well spent. The only downfall was if your neighbors are noisy- you will hear it! Other than that- everything was great!

Great place

The condo is well appointed and perfectly clean. There is plenty of seating and everything is really comfortable. We loved the banquet dining space. Centrally located allowing for ease getting to restaurants and shops. Great views from the living space, primary bedroom, and balcony. The pool and surrounding area are clean and very well maintained. Covered parking is plentiful and complex area is safe. Couple of things that are not condo related to be aware of- it is a little walk to the beach and the mosquitos can be rough at dusk on that walk. A little bug spray prevented any bites. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shipwreck 200 has become a family favorite! After a great stay in 2022, it was a no brainer to return again! The condo itself is perfectly maintained. The decor is homey and beautiful and just the right amount of beachy without being cheesy! And although it’s a bit of a hike to the beach, it’s about as good as it gets on the island. St. Simons is quiet and family friendly. Shipwreck is conveniently located to the beach, the downtown and grocery shopping. I know we will be returning next year!

Upon arrival my daughter exclaimed how clean the condo was! The condo was beautiful and met our needs for 3 people. We loved being able to see the dunes and the sea from our windows and the porch. As the lot across from our porch is wooded we had great privacy and enjoyed bird watching. We recommend this condo and property. The pool was tended daily and the landscaping beautiful!

You get to enjoy ocean views from the kitchen table or the porch.Do note that even though you’re close... it is a bit of a long walk to the beach! Just a heads up for those with littles who like to complain! 🤪Also, the ceiling and walls are thin, so if your upstairs neighbors like to move or have alarms going off early... you’ll hear it all!We had a faulty smoke detector which was a bummer but with one call out to Real Escapes, it was fixed within the hour!!We will definitely return to Shipwatch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo was ideal for my one week stay on St Simons by myself. Gated community. Great views of ocean and beach. Direct, gated access to the beach for morning walks. Nice deck for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. Small kitchen was fine for the amount of time I was there as I only ate breakfast in. There's an apartment sized washer-dryer in the second bedroom that worked out nicely. Rental company (Real Escapes) is great to work with. This was not the condo I had reserved, but it was a great replacement.
