This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

As advertised, but there are some maintenance issues that need addressed. Missing screen door for deck, several electrical plug inā€™s not working, front door wouldnā€™t shut unless slammed, and hair dryer non functional. It addition, the smoke alarm in living room/kitchen flashing red so not sure if functional or not. The property management very responsive when asked about possibility of new blender as the one there was missing key piece. It was comfortable and met our needs, but others need to be aware itā€™s ā€œworn around the edgesā€.

Amazing place to stay

The location and room were beyond perfect for the price paid. the only reason I gave check-in a 4 star was because the location to pick up the keycards wasn't on site making it a very slight inconvenience.

Late Check-in

The property was quite nice. Cabinets in kitchen were a bit wonky but worked. Bed was comfortable. Access to hot tubs was easy, right by the ski lockers. Only problem is that check-in is at 4:30, and that is when you get the keys at a remote spot. So, by the time you are in your condo it is almost 5PM.

Walking distance to shops/food/snowboard. The unit itself isnā€™t modern by all means. The furniture isnā€™t very comfortable but suits its purpose. You can Scale back on some of the pillows throughout. Some of smaller a bit. Sometimes less is more. Really enjoyed the king bed,

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location within 5-minute walk to River Run Gondola. An older model condo located one floor above the courtyard where the hot tubs are located so be prepared to hear kids and adults in the area most of the afternoon into late evening. Kitchen has decent quality pots, but pans are old, scratched Teflon coated. (wouldn't recommend using). Condo was clean and in good shape on arrival.Not a lot of closet/storage space, however manageable for two people for one week. Ski lockers are conveniently located on the first floor.Overall, the best feature is the proximity to the River Run Gondola and village shops and restaurants.

The unit was clean, missing a few things like a blanket for the extra bed and a couple of glasses, but other than that was well stocked too. On the last day, the power did go out, but was restored quickly and we were able to leave without incident. Overall it was a great trip!

Great location, more storage than average!

This property is in a fantastic location. I particularly enjoyed the well thought storage space options. There were extra hooks for wet clothes in the bathroom, lots of entry hooks and plentiful places to stash clothes.

Disappointing Stay

Upon arrival in River Run, all looked clean until we entered the bedroom. We were welcomed with an opened condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. Living room screen was off and on the roof below us, hot tub was luke warm, sauna didn't work with knobs missing, toilet ran consistently all day/night. Screen was the only issue addressed. After our complaints HOA offered us a new room at the Dakota bldg which we said YES but then they didn't follow through. 3 days later after we returned home we got a call and was given only a $25 reimbursement. So disappointed, we were there to celebrate an anniversary and expected more from River Run HOA. We wont be back nor will our family or friends. Better to stay at a motel 6.
