-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any keys lost or forgotten between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM will result in a 50-euro fee.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveler requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged in addition to postage costs.

Any loss or misplacement of keys between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
