An amazing cabin with excellent access, mountain views and privacy. Gather inside in the great room while the kids play in the game room. Prepare in cabin meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Gather outside in your hot tub on the your private covered deck and then gather around the firepit on a cool evening. This cabin has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and then a 1/2 bath for your convenience.

*** This cabin is located in Wears Valley. The cabin is easily accessible to stoplight 3 in Pigeon Forge. ***

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Reviewer Comments: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great cabin stay — would definitely recommend!We had a wonderful time during our cabin vacation and would absolutely recommend this place to others. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and a great getaway for our trip. The location and overall setup made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The cabin could really use a deep cleaning, and it would be helpful to have extra bed linens available. One of the beds had pillows without pillowcases, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, we weren’t able to use the grill during our stay because it was missing the drip pan that catches the drippings, and the gas tank was covered in grease from previous guests.Overall, we still had a great experience and would stay again — just hoping those small details can be addressed for future guests!

Perfect Cabin for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay! The views from the cabin were exactly as described. Being in Wears Valley is a family favorite. We will absolutely look at Hang Tenn again when we return to the area! All of the beds were super comfortable too! The Check in process was super easy and the staff with Elk Springs Resorts were very helpful with the couple of questions we had about the cabin.

Good for most part

However, i reached out a few days before check in and asked if we needed to bring anything for the BBQ grill. I was told no, it's a gas grill and the propane is provided. When getting ready to grill, we found out the propane tank was empty. The listing states 5 bedrooms which is incorrect. The 5th "bedroom" is a pull out couch on the landing of the stairs. Lastly, check in was at 3, but we did not receive a code to get in yet. We arrived around 3:15 and there were still cleaners at the cabin who let us in.

Perfect location for a stay on the quiet side

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed with Elk Springs a few times now and really like the company. This cabin was in a fantastic location that made it easy to get out and do activities and explore. We did have a couple hiccups - our cabin door was left open when we arrived so we had to do a sweep for any visitors that made their way in. The dishes from the previous guest were still in the dish washer and the jetted tubs needed some attention. The windows on the main floor were all damaged so we couldn't open any of them to enjoy the mountain breeze and it left the cabin smelling a bit stale. All of this however did not take away from enjoying the beautiful view or all that the smoky mountains have to offer. While this cabin is one we won't use as it's better suited for big families or multiple parties to enjoy, we will stay with Elk Springs again. It's also worth noting we did let management know and they offered to come out and were very helpful. We wanted to enjoy our time away so we declined and just enjoyed the cabin as is.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful experience in the Hang Tenn. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. Beautiful cabin, wonderful experience. If you want an amazing view this is the cabin for you! What an awesome Autumn experience - the colors were brilliant and what a treat to wake up each morning to enjoy my coffee staring at the beauty. Spacious kitchen, easy to cook in. Very accessible location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, along with many things locally to keep one busy. It was so enjoyable we booked an extra night the day before we were to head home. Very accommodating and they pick up or call back within minutes of calling - even on the weekend. The rental staff were friendly, and very attentive with any issues that arise. I highly recommend utilizing their service. We will absolutely be back and we will only utilize Elk Springs for rentals in this area.

Peaceful View

The cabin worked great for our family of 7 adults. The 4.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was great so everyone had their own space. The view from the deck was peaceful and nice. We used the Hot Tub several times and it was nice and warm. Unfortunately people haven’t taken care of a few things and the Cornhole Boards have seen better days but we still used them and made it work. The location allowed for short trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and we loved checking out the local shops and food in Wears Valley and Townsend. Plenty of Firewood for fires each night. Nice short trip to Cades Cove. Had a great week.

Great Family Vacation Cabin

Space was great with an amazing view that just brought on relaxation. You can see so many stars at night being away from a lot of lights. We loved not being right on top of anyone else. Downstairs bedrooms and gameroom were perfect for all the teenagers to hang out in. Cabin does need to include a 9x13 casserole dish, sponge and one larger bowl. Had a couple small issues but management company was easy to reach and responded quickly. We enjoyed white water rafting, zorbing and mountain coaster while in the are for some family fun! I would definitely stay here again for the view and amenities.

Thanksgiving with the family

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A well located property with great views of Wears Valley. The management was responsive to our maintenance needs and the maintenance staff were friendly. Loved the game room and the TVs all worked. The furniture was solid but couches should be replaced soon. Fireplace would not stay working and despite being fixed by maintenance twice during our stay, it would not start back up after it was in use right after maintenance left. We planned our trip around a 3pm check in, but I overlooked that that time was not a guarantee. After killing time for a few hours, we finally showed up at 5:30pm and the cleaning crew was still at work with plenty left to do. They were very friendly but I'm sure they felt rushed to get out but we had a baby with us so we needed to get out of the car and get set up. The hot tub was half full with cold water so had to call maintenance to fill and start the heating process, therefore we were not able to use the tub until the next day. Cabin was on the older side and mid level construction quality and showed the heavy wear and tear of a rental. Limited supplies of TP and garbage sacks and no shampoo bottles and no coffee filters. There was also a Big Brown Bat living in the rafters, but it never got inside, we just heard it squeaking around at night and then saw it fly away through an exit at the roof peak over the deck. We live in the woods, so nothing we couldn't handle. Overall, the manager communicated well but I didn't want to spend my time gripping about all the little issues, we just tried to get the hot tub and fireplace running to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family. Our family had a great time being together and we enjoyed the surrounding area.

Enjoy the Quiet Side of the Smokies

Appreciated the location of the cabin. Close enough to hiking and the sites of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but in a more peaceful setting with nice views. Loved the location was close to Townsend (great local dining options and hiking). Cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed - enjoyed the outside fire pit and entertainment in the basement. Property Management was the best we’ve experienced in our trips to this area. Great communication before and during the trip and quick response to a tiny issue upon our arrival (fireplace was not working but was fixed quickly).

Cabin is very hot inside, in arrival several windows were left open with thermostat set at 68 degrees. None of the showers had hit water the first day even though the sinks in same bathroom had hot water.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this will be our last time booking. We have stayed with Elk Springs Resort four times since 2019 and the cleanliness of the cabins has become unacceptable. This cabin was beautiful however sheets were dirty. Kitchen needs a deep cleaning. There were used foot corn pads and bottle caps under the beds. Jetted Tubs are unusable due to visible grime. Bare minimum cleaning was done between stays.
