OVERVIEW: Located on Wears Valley Rd (Hwy 321) in between Pigeon Forge and Townsend and often referred to as the very best location available in the Smokey’s. Smokey Mountain Ranch has 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Pull-Out Queen Sleeper Sofas and 1 Small, Cozy Bedroom with 2 Twins, sleeping a total of 12.

The incredibly unique property offers a sprawling ranch/resort type set up that allows guests countless games, activities, and things to do all while providing a thoughtful, luxurious setting for elevated relaxation and enjoyment. The ranch includes a newly heated, enormous Swimming Pool, Commercial Pool Basketball Hoop, Lounge Chairs and Areas for Sunning, Chess Table Setup, Full Volleyball Court, 2 Man Arcade System, 6 Person Authentic Barrel Sauna, Fairy Light- Zen Nook for Reading/relaxing, Open- Air Outdoor Ping Pong Room, Resort Style Firepit and Seating, Hot Tub, Air Hockey Table, Cornhole under string lights and let’s certainly not forget our Authentic TIKI Hut-Perfect for enjoying the pool area, watching the game or visiting with friends and family in one of the Coolest Locations in the Mountains.

Every detail of the home has been thoughtfully sourced to include Luxury mattresses and bamboo silky sheets, Overstocked with Luxury Cooking essentials, and Mountain Modern Furniture throughout.

ACCESS: SMR has amazing access. The home is less than a mile off Wears Valley Rd and has no hills or mountain roads. The home has parking for roughly 4 vehicles.

VIEWS: Smokey Mountain Ranch lies on the valley floor with enormous and scenic mountains surrounding it (the drive in is gorgeous). The home is so close to the mountain that it blocks most views apart from winter when the leaves fall and offer a “seasonal view” of the mountain through the trees.

PETS: SMR Does offer pet friendly stays with a caveat. Any dog approved for staying must be non-shedding and hypoallergenic. It’s also preferred to be small or medium sized. The restrictions are in place so we can provide a clean, hair-free luxury environment and setting for our guests and to also respect and honor guests that may have allergies to dog hair, etc. It goes without saying, please clean and pick up all of the dog wastes on the property so we can maintain a clean, 5-star experience to future guests. SMR is FULLY Fenced, so we believe this would be doggy paradise for dogs that fit our requirements!

- Please use the hot tub and Sauna at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub or sauna if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub or sauna, please consult with your doctor.
- Please use the pool at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. We have posted safety signs throughout the pool area for your safety and have incorporated county required pool alarm settings with the door to meet code. Additional information provided prior to check-in.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. Mandated evacuations will get full refund. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase travel insurance if you have any concern over weather, sickness, travel delays, etc.
-Quiet Time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The home is in a neighborhood with residential home owners, please respect them.
-No fireworks.
-No parking on street.
