Great Mountain Views, Family Friendly, Hot tub, 5 miles to Downtown Blue Ridge

These guests are terrible. Do not rent to them. With this incident of the toilet, they blew it out of proportion and demanded a discount from the owners. They paid a very low nightly rate and still wanted a discount on top of that. We offered them solutions to manage the situation and sent out a plumber, who could not repair the toilet until Monday because the part needed was not available. The guests were angry and threatened us in texts to our business phone number with giving us a 1 start review simply because this situation which was out of our control and gave them the option to use the other toilet to not bother with this issue. They would not send those messages in the VRBO messages because they knew how aweful they were handling this attempt to manipulate. Their response was to send multiple texts threatening the owners they would leave a bad review if they did not get a discount. For a small inconvenience they wanted to turn into a money back situation. Do not rent to them. If they had asked nicely and not threatened us we would have gladly offered them a small discount. But we will not feed these types of manipulative people who use threats to get money from owners.

We are so glad to hear how much you enjoyed the cabin and the views! We will keep our very reasonable pricing to allow more families come and enjoy this piece of paradise here in the North Georgia mountains. Hope we see you again.
