Find comfort, relaxation, and the best of modern mountain living at Overlook Oasis in North Georgia! This lovely vacation home offers scenic mountain and tree-studded views, the conveniences of home, and space to spend quality time with family and friends. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 4 guests.

At Overlook Oasis, you can enjoy the best of the outdoors – without leaving the cabin. Soak away stress in the bubbling outdoor hot tub on the deck, have a drink and a meal at the outdoor table, chat by the fire table, or get comfortable in the hammock! The high-top table is nice for drinks and chats or your morning coffee. There are also rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a grill for barbecues.

Back inside, cozy up in the living room that features a sofa in front of the fireplace, reclining seats, and a flatscreen TV on the wall. Watch shows and easily grab snacks in the nearby kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a kitchen table, dishes and glassware, and cooking tools. You'll also have a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV!

*4WD or AWD is highly recommended to access this property as roads can be challenging.

The property was good. Good views. The listing showed 2 king beds, however only one king and the second one was a queen. The access road is absolutely terrible.

The cabin was perfect. The cabin has all one needs and then more. Beautifully decorated for Christmas…an unexpected pleasure! Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great besides one thing . The king size bed definitely needs a new mattress you sink so far In you can barely move. Other than that everything is great !

Unfortunately, I was not able to go to the cabin because I became ill. The customer service I received when trying to cancel my trip was horrific. I was bounced around without any satisfaction from anyone. They do not communicate within the company. I continued to receive information about my trip when I had already cancelled. They even wanted a review for after my stay. I WASN'T ABLE TO GO!!! And they certainly don't want this review, but here it is! I received no consideration or satisfaction from Georgia Cabins for You or VRBO. I was not wanting a refund. I just wanted to reschedule. They told me it would have to be within the same month. Since I was ill, that was impossible because there were no days in the current month to reschedule! I've never dealt with such incompetence!

Very cozy cabin. The king size bed could really use a replacement. The middle of the mattress feels like you’re sinking in/falling in. Not comfortable for two people. The nails in the decks need to be re tapped into place. There’s a lot of them backing out. Power went out for 2-3 hours 3 out of 5 of the days we were there. Really hindered us from getting our day started and cooking any kind of breakfast or making coffee, considering it happened each time in the morning. Contacted the property through Georgia Cabins for You number and was told they were “sorry but they couldn’t control power outages” DUH… didn’t expect them to come turn it back on but they didn’t offer any type of compensation either. Just “our manager will contact you” still haven’t heard from them. Called to extend our check out by 2 hours. Was going to be charged 25 an hour. But asked for that to be waved due to power issues. Only to have to leave at 9am on the last day due to the POWER being out yet again this morning too. The cabin is nicely furnished, it’s secluded enough to enjoy it alone. Lady next door didn’t seem to mind us. Not a lot of traffic through. Everything else honestly was nice. Just can’t enjoy a good start to a day when most of them were without power.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry your stay was disrupted by the issues you described. I’m glad the cabin’s layout and seclusion worked well, but the problems you noted are not acceptable. We’ll have maintenance inspect the mattress and replace it if needed, and we’ll re-tap/secure the deck boards to address the loose nails for guest safety. While utility outages are handled by the local power company, we understand recurring morning outages are very frustrating and not something you should have had to deal with during your vacation. Thank you again, your comments are helping us make improvements, and I’m sorry your mornings were affected.

Perfect mountain getaway. Read reviews, all the complaints are valid to a point. Remember everyone is not happy. I loved it. Check-in required a pic of credit card. First time thought it was a scam. Then threaten to lose your reservations if you don’t comply.Still had a great time.

Amazing

A beautiful and clean cabin. We loved the solitude with the Mountain Views. Conveniently located between two major areas with plenty to do. We would love to return for a longer trip.

Nice get away

Definitely have to like driving up the mountain with sharp turns and steep ledges, but that was one of the best parts for my boys! Great stay for our family. Plus the back had an amazing view.
