The Space:

Attention: This unit is called a LOFT because the BEDROOM has a LOW CEILING (7ft). It has not been a problem for any guest so far (over 200 stays) but we just don't want anyone to be surprised.



Ocean views, beach gear and proximity to the beach are just the beginning with this spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath condo.

The Neighborhood:

The San Clemente Pier Bowl resembles a charming small Spanish village, featuring cozy cafes, an excellent coffee shop, ice cream stands, a convenience store, two fantastic restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. During your stay, you could easily manage without using your car at all.



Getting Around:

You can easily walk to almost everything you need, or hop on the free seasonal trolley for farther destinations. Here’s a quick guide to nearby attractions:



- Main Beach at San Clemente Pier: 2-minute walk

- 30 amazing restaurants: 2 to 10-minute walk

- T-Street for boogie boarding and surfing: 10-minute walk down the beach trail

- Coffee shop, ice cream parlor, convenience store, and pizza: 2-minute walk

- Farmer's market every Sunday: 7-minute walk

- Boutiques: 7 to 10-minute walk

- Casa Romantica: 5-minute walk

- Community Center: 7-minute walk

Other Things to Note:

- Strict quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM.



- This condo is part of a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is condo #1 of 6.



- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area!



- The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.



**Unit Privacy:**

- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only (none inside the units).

- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level (Noise Away Brand).
