We had a pleasant stay in this home. It was very convenient to places to eat while being in a safe neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed playing outside. It was very clean and welcoming.

Awesome place to stay!!

If you’re staying in or around Boiling Springs you definitely need to stay here!! This was my first VRBO and I was not disappointed! Four spacious bedrooms, two full baths and everything is so close!! The house itself is very well kept and has everything you could need (minus food, of course). We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well.

Quiet stay in Boiling Springs South Carolina

Other than the address listing being 729 instead of 726 everything else was fine with the property previous items that were issues like check-in was not an issue anymore the internet worked fine streaming programs worked fine the property was exactly as described and supplied with more than kitchen items and sufficient kitchen utilities

Home away from home

It was perfect. Very comfortable. All the comforts of home. Room for our grandson to come over and visit and play. He’s 5 years old. We found a basket of games in the closet. We played checkers and Jenga more than once. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. It’s also very convenient to everything. Thank you so much.

Wow! Just Wow!!

This place is wonderful! It is clean and spacious. It is located close to stores, pharmacies, fast food restaurants, and gas stations. Our family enjoyed themselves so much that we were upset that we didn't get it for longer. It is really nice. They thought of EVERY small thing that you may need and forgot. The biggest help for me personally was the make-up sponges, didn't realize I didn't pack them until they were needed LOL. When we return to the area we will like to be able to stay there again!

Family Home

We enjoyed our stay. Home is new construction so everything is in excellent condition and working order. House was well stocked. Host was very kind to allow us a few hours extra for checkout time as our son was in a baseball tournament and we wanted to clean up before we drove home. In the days prior to checking in we were a little in the dark about the process but he got us up to speed the day before. My only complaint is that the room furnishings should probably include some type of dresser for clothing. There were only one or two very small side tables in the bedrooms.

Beautiful home away from home.

Denis this was the 2nd time we rented a home for vacation and your home was absolutely beautiful. It was also very comfortable, cozy, and more than enough to accommodate my family and in a great location. We also appreciate you welcoming pets. Often times we have to leave our Yorkie and Toy Poodle at home with other family or friends and it was comforting to be able to bring them; they loved your home too. We also appreciate your attention to detail in providing coffee, assortment of herbal teas and treats. We loved the Kerug coffee maker and tea pot. My husband has already ordered the tea pot from Amazon. In addition, we appreciate your home being well stocked with the kitchen and bath essentials, it made us feel right at home. Again, we will definitely look to rent your home again when we return to the Boiling Springs, SC area. Thank you!

Overall good - few minor updates needed

The house is in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and getting in/out was easy too. Rooms were comfortable and the layout was very nice. Just a few nagging things we wish were better. The wifi/internet was very slow. Hard to do even work emails and the TV stream would lag due to slow internet. There are TV's in the family room and 3 of the bedrooms, yet we could only find 2 remotes for the whole house. There was 1 corkscrew in kitchen, but it was broken and not usable. Last, I had asked about the gas grill and it was confirmed it was there, however the propane tank was empty. The house is nice, but I would also say the communication could have been better and I'm comparing to other houses we've rented. Had to ask for check in code; the grill info was not accurate; and we received no check out instructions. We did share the items above, but the owner has not responded. We would consider it again, but only if some of those items were improved.

A great vacation home.

The house itself is generally thoughtfully laid out and furnished. My family cooks and the house had everything needed to cook, serve and dine, literally except an ice cream scoop. I was amazed. I and my family have very high standards. This house exceeded our expectations! I was frustrated by the hidden costs to rent this house. I did not recognize this until later. I paid an additional 1/3 of the advertised daily cost to rent the house. These extra costs should be highlighted before payment is submitted. The house is worth it, however I want to know what I am paying for before I commit. Checkin was a little frustrating. We were sent the code to the door but no instructions on what to do after entering the code. Communication with the manager was often slow and incomplete. I had to try messaging, texting, and calling a time or 2 before I got a response. Instructions on operating/troubleshooting the tv and cable should also be included for those who are not tech savvy. Needs a full size broom. I did inquire about check out expectations. If they were sent prior to our stay, I could not find them, and I did not receive a response to my inquiry. My family takes care of others things as we do our own. However, I don’t know if we did all that was expected at checkout.

Highs and Lows

This property has some incredible highs and lows. First, the highs: 1. The house is almost brand new and is very well stocked with coffee, paper products, trash bags, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. There is nothing we needed that we didn't have. 2. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. 3. The location is great, close to freeways and shopping. 4. Having 4 bedrooms was great - everyone had their own space. Now, unfortunately, for the lows: 1. The communication with the owner was painful. There were no check-in or check-out instructions posted, so we had to keep hounding the owner for the check-in code. We didn't get it until 3 hours before we were due to arrive, which was after the stated check-in time. We were on the road for 7 hours before getting the code, so it was a little stressful. The policies say check-in info is sent 24 hours in advance, which certainly wasn't the case. 2. No check-out information was posted in the property description, so we had no idea what the procedures were. We just guessed. Finally, after three messages not being returned, the owner responded that we should also wash the towels. Unfortunately, we were already home by the time we received the message. 3. There were absolutely no instructions for the house printed or sent. We did get the WiFi password, but nothing as to when to take out the trash to the street, etc. 4. You will not be happy if you sleep on anything other than **EXTRA FIRM** mattresses. The mattresses were among the hardest we have ever slept on...or should I say "...tried to sleep on." I don't think any of us had what we would consider a good night's sleep. 5. The sheets are also extremely uncomfortable. They were clean but very rough to the skin. We joked that they had a negative thread count. 6. Despite several other reviews mentioning it, the address listed in the VRBO app is incorrect. I mentioned it to the owner, but it is still not updated in the app. Bottom line - it has some real benefits, but also some real drawbacks. I can live with the communication and documentation issues - those are pretty minor. But the mattresses and sheets really made it difficult to enjoy the unit. It's a shame because it has so much potential.

The house was gorgeous, very clean. Loved the layout, nice house for a family. It had everything we needed. I would love to stay again if I'm down in South Carolina. Was down for a family wedding. I rate the house the highest level.

Home exceeds our expectations

We all love the home, neighborhood and location. Everything inside and out exceeds our expectations. We love that it was pet friendly for our little fur baby. Everyone had their own rooms. My mom and aunties love the kitchen as they love to cook...even on vacation. It was close to shopping, restaurants and minutes from relatives we were visiting. We would definitely booked your home again for future trips to South Carolina. Thank you.
