The laundry/mud room has a full sized washer and dryer and a powder room.

There is direct access to the Gallatin National Forest with 300+ acres of trails perfect for hiking or ATV s! Conveniently located in Gallatin Gateway, just south of Bozeman on your way to Big Sky or West Yellowstone. Also, just over an hour from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park! It s a central home base for year round fun: fishing, rafting, hiking, skiing, golfing, shopping, visiting the National Park, or partaking of the many delicious restaurants in the area are all accessible within an hours drive.
