Great and accurate listing

It was our first time staying with a VRBO but overall had a great stay here! The listing was accurate and everything in the home was clean. The host was very accommodating to having our dogs over. Overall recommended the VRBO!

Comfortable, clean, and really nice, quiet neighborhood!

Place was incredibly clean! Beds were so comfortable. We cooked in 6 of the 7 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent so much time on the screened in porch! It’s huge and has a ceiling fan which was so nice! Easy drive to all of our favorite places in the area. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Great house

Great house. The inside was completely redone and was absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for what we needed. There was a small black aunt problem on the counter but nothing too crazy.

Ryan , Thank for staying at our property, regarding a tiny small ants that you mentioned we ordering pets control treatment right after you checked out. Since you had a small children and pets with you, and it was two nights during weekend, we did not want them to be expose to the chemicals. Now house has been treated. You are welcome back anytime and thank you for taking a great care of our house.

We stayed for 2 weeks while our house was being repaired from hurricane Ian. The house was clean and communication with the Yelena was great. Overall no problems and very satisfied with our stay.

Better Than Described!

We absolutely loved our stay! Property was as described but also has a variety of beach chairs, collapsible wagon, beach/pool toys and shark teeth hunting equipment! We were limited on room since we brought our coonhound along, so we left most of our beach supplies at home, so finding all those things there totally made our week! Location is fantastic. We arrived on a Friday and never saw either neighbor until the following Thursday! Very, very quiet neighborhood that is several blocks off a main road. W never noticed any other traffic in the neighborhood. We were not familiar with the area, so this really pleased us. Communication with the owner's was quick and easy. We definitely plan to stay again next spring!

Fantastic stay while visiting family for Christmas

What a wonderful rental! It had everything we needed and more! There were bedside USB outlets, bedside lamps, great storage with 2 closets (one a walk-in) in the main bedroom. The mattresses were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced sleeping away from home! There were fabulous pillows, blankets throughout and plenty of dishes and cookware! I loved the screen porch where I saw in the morning and watched the sunrise while our dog played in the danced yard. My 16 yo daughter slept in the living room on the convertible couch and was comfortable. She was happy to not have to share the king bed with her 18 yo brother. 😂 The washer and dryer were fabulous with everything needed to do laundry! The fridge and freezer were massive! Thank you for the great rental!

Stay was Ok.

My overall stay was OK nothing more nothing less. We picked this house for location and it definitely paid off in that aspect. Set close to beaches. As far as the cleanliness of the property, it is very clean despite the fact that there were ants present in both bathrooms. Check in process was a big no-no for us as the hosts were there upon arrival, we were very clear about our arrival time and though one of the hosts appeared friendly it was uncomfortable to have them there still as my family and I were pulling up. It also seemed like there was no sense of urgency for them to leave. It was confirmed we would be checking in at 4pm. apparently there was some Internet issues that needed to be resolved however this was not communicated with us at all prior to our arrival. As far as accuracy of listing, pretty accurate. I feel like they should be transparent that the full bed they list available is actually a couch pull out that although comfortable is not a mattress at all. Sliding glass door was EXTREMELY hard to maneuver. It was a struggle opening and closing it every time. As someone who had a pet this was very inconvenient. Overall clean property, Comfortable, cute, close to the beach, but per our standards, wouldn’t book again.

Great pet friendly rental!

We spent a little over 5 weeks at this property and the host was very accommodating of our 3 pets. Fenced in back yard worked out perfectly for our two dogs. Nice neighborhood, felt safe and secure.

Clean and Comfortable

Booking and checking in was easy and smooth. House was very clean and spacious. It is set up well with two masters with bathrooms on opposite sides of house. Laundry looked brand new. Kitchen was well stocked and refrigerator was sparking clean. We had a great few days in Englewood!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The property owners went above and beyond with any question/need we had. They even came before a tornado warning expired to make sure we were safe and then they checked the house (they climbed on the roof during all the wind). HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE who is looking to stay in Englewood!!
