Sedona Manzanita Estate - Spacious Uptown home

Located in the popular Uptown Sedona area, Sedona Manzanita has it all. This home was recently remodeled and offers a spacious 4,700 square feet over two levels. You’ll have six bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 16 guests, making it a great selection for several families traveling together.

You will have access to the Javelina Trail, a great hiking / biking trail that will take you through Uptown. You will also be minutes away from more trails, shopping, activities and restaurants.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!

Reunion of friends

We had a great week in this beautiful large house in gorgeous Sedona. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and just as pictured. It served our group of 11 adults very well. We would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

Beautiful house in a great location!

We had three generations get together for a birthday trip and everyone had a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and large enough spaces to come together. The pantry was well-stocked with basic seasonings. We made use of the grill and the hot tub. Shops were walkable distance and the trail heads were close by. Owner was responsive- great stay!

Loving the Me in Me

We were delighted. More than expected once inside as the floor plan flowed and was perfect for our group. Early sunrise hikes, short shopping trips to town and we enjoyed all that the town provided. Wonderful property andvery spacious. We had our extended family of 13 for a week. Plenty of room for everybody!! Kitchen is fabulous...everything we needed for the week. Highly recommend this property and ir management company.

Stunning location

Beautiful house with so many rooms to gather. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, basic household items, directions and recommendations from the owner. Prime location with views everywhere you look - walking distance to the main streets, yet quiet.

Great location, wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful spring break with 3 families. The house is in a great location. We were able to walk to town for ice cream at night. We spotted wildlife right out the window every morning. The Javalina sighting was a bit exciting!

Short Stay - perfect for our needs

We stayed for three nights. Three families of four. Perfect size for the group (and would be good for a slightly larger group). House was better than the pictures. Layout was perfect and gave everyone space when and where needed. Views are terrific, especially at night. Location whether walking into Uptown or traveling to parks / hikes, was excellent for our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Bachelorette Getaway

We had 15 friends and family come in for my sister’s bachelorette party and this house was perfect! Great spaces to gather and socialize but enough quiet spaces we could also get away for alone time. The sleeping arrangements were just perfect and the location could not be beat! This house had all the amenities you could need, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was great! I’d recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Great Sedona Stay

Huge house that was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids under 8). The location is fantastic - walking distance from the Main Street in the uptown area. Check in was super easy and the property manager was very responsive.

Great place to stay!

Very well located. Very close from the mountain bike and hiking routes. A few minutes away from the city. Large property with sufficient room for 16 people. We enjoyed very much our stay. We had minor issues with cleanness on the property but the host immediately fixed it. Jared was very helpful.

Pre Christmas in Sedona

We had family come in from all over the country for a pre Christmas gathering. It was the perfect location as we had bikers, hikers and people interested in the history of the area! Great access to a variety of trails and restaurants, many in walking distance. The house itself was the perfect space for housing our extended family.

Spacious home in Quiet neighborhood near town

Lovely house and Jared was very responsive to our needs. The 2 gas fireplaces made the house feel very cozy and there's enough room for 15 people to eat in the kitchen area which is awesome. Folks also loved the starry sky but ease to walk into town. The owner provides the bare minimum for towels and no washcloths, so it would be a good idea to bring your own washcloths and towels for the hot tub, plus your own coffee if you like a better brand. And many of us would have loved a fluffier pillow. But those are little things that would not keep me from giving a 5 star. Thanks for the great stay Jared!

Celebrating birthdays.

Absolutely beautiful home, neighborhood and views. There was plenty of room for all of us, 10 adults and 1 toddler. As described, the home is close to everything. Only suggestion I would make is to provide wash cloths with the bath linens and more kitchen towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking views!

From the moment we walked into the house, we were impressed with the wonderful views from the many windows in each room. We loved every part of this house and our stay. It was so great to come home after a long day of hiking to such a beautiful home! The kids loved the movie room and game room & the spa was a hit after long hikes. Morning tea on the front side porch was so relaxing with the breathtaking views! We walked into town several times to shop and eat. The walk to Tlaquepaque marketplace was very easy and allowed us to enjoy dinner and drinks while taking in the scenery on the walk home. The hiking trail near the house was fun to explore. Pink Jeep Tours was also within walking distance from the house. Overall, we felt like this was one of the best homes we have stayed in on vacation due to the breathtaking views, comfortable furnishings, nicely decorated house and overall feel. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large group!

What a great house for large groups! Plenty of bedrooms and beds! And we loved the huge kitchen table and kitchen! Our small office group had a retreat and it couldn't have been a more perfect location! Went hiking nearby, played games, enjoyed dinners around the large table. A very smooth process for check-in and communication with the host ahead for time was great! Highly recommend this house/location.

Living Room: This room offers a lovely sitting area that includes a see-through gas fireplace, and access to the deck where you can enjoy the surrounding red rock views.

Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is spacious and offers high-end stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove top and a convection oven. There’s also seating at the island for three, and a convenient desk space.

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six, and easy access to the deck.

Family/Bonus Room: This family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has vaulted wood beam ceiling, 56” Smart TV, a cozy fireplace and lots of natural light.

Game room: On the other side of the see-through fireplace of the living room is a game room with a pool table, game table, Smart TV and plenty of seating. There is also access to the deck from this room too.

Media room (lower level): Large Smart TV with theater-style seating.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (main level)— King bed, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers dual stone counter sinks, and a soaking tub and separate glass/tile shower. The bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the back deck.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 (main level) — Each bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 4 (main level) – King size bed, bay window to bring in the natural light, and access to a shared full bathroom with double sinks and a spacious glass/tile shower.

Bedroom 5 (lower level) — Three twin beds and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 6 (lower level) — A queen bed, three twin beds, and a sitting area with a sofa and a Smart TV. The private bathroom has a shower.

Additional half bath on lower level.

Deck/Patio/Backyard areas:
The spacious deck is accessible from many areas/rooms throughout the home. The deck, along with the patio and backyard are wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy the views.

TV, Sound systems: All TVs have YouTube programming, and the house has a Sonos sound system throughout.
