Trail’s End is a ski-in/out ultra-luxurious and modern 6-bedroom villa located on the slopes of Whistler’s prestigious Kadenwood Estates. Ski in/out directly from your back door and enjoy sweeping panoramic views from every vista.

Spacious throughout to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests with huge private gym, golf green (in the summer months), covered and heated patios with large hot tub, steam room, infrared sauna, ping pong table, and televisions in every room.

The main living space is a bright and beautiful open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with incredible views over the forest and surrounding mountains with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. 2800 square feet of windows and large patios on every level envelop you in nature, with impressive wood millwork and stonework throughout the interior.

There are 5 beautiful bedrooms with king beds, televisions with surround sound, and attached ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and Japanese bidet toilets, including the luxurious grand master bedroom suite.

The 6th bedroom is fantastic for children and a nanny with 6 total twin XL beds: two bunks, and one bed with a pull-out trundle. The kids' room also includes a television, two desks for remote learning, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combo.

The upstairs master bedroom suite is fit for royalty with a walk-through private living/sitting room with an entertainment centre, fireplace, electronic leather reclining sofa, and coffee bar. Along with a large and beautiful dressing room/wardrobe that is equipped with wall-to-wall storage space, a central chandelier, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with two separate rain showers, a double soaker bath with a television, a romantic gas fireplace, a double vanity, and a separate W/C that has a Japanese smart bidet toilet. The king bed overlooks the valley with a large private patio and sectional seating, and an umbrella enjoyed in the summer months.

Entertain in style in the gourmet kitchen is very well equipped and a chef’s delight with a built-in espresso maker, Thermador induction cook-top, Miele appliances including two dishwashers, and both steam and warming ovens, ice maker and wine fridges.

The kitchen accordion glass doors open up to a covered heated entertainment deck with an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel BBQ, smoker, alfresco dining for 8, sectional seating, and a firepit. The adjacent kitchen bar features a wine fridge, a second ice maker, and a wet bar.

The home features an elevator, which makes the home perfect for those with mobility issues. There is a large entryway with a mud room off the garage entry on this level, which can access the chef's pantry and prep kitchen without disturbing guests in the kitchen or main living spaces. There is a powder room with a stunning agate feature wall.

Behind the main floor living room is a large executive study with both a regular and an electronic standing desk. This private room features another entertainment center with comfortable leather chairs, a fireplace, and a heated covered patio that is shared with the bedroom on this level.

On the lower garden level floor is a second large entertainment space with sectional seating, a large home theatre system with surround sound, a fireplace, an entertainment table and a wet bar with wine fridge, ice maker, sink, dishwasher, and microwave.

The home gym is impressive and very well-equipped with everything that you would expect at a professional facility. Enjoy use of the free weights, all-in-one trainer, yoga equipment, BOSU and exercise balls, treadmill, Echo bike, trampoline, punching bag, ballet barre with mirrors, stretching bands, acupressure mats, box jump, two televisions, fans, and a ping pong table.

The ski room is located on the rear garden level so that you can ski directly in and warm up for the day. Complete your spa-like experience with the steam shower, infrared sauna for 4, and large outdoor hot tub. Perhaps after an in-chalet massage ordered by your included private Concierge.

Two sets of laundry machines; one on the top level adjacent to the master suite, the other off the gym area downstairs. Both with oversized Samsung steam washers and dryers, drying racks, an iron and board, and a steam wand.

The home is loaded with features throughout with luxury, comfort, and practicality in mind, including state-of-the-art AV and sound systems in all rooms, automated blinds and lighting, air conditioning in the summer months, and cozy heated floors in the winter. Elevator to access all three floors of the home. Heated driveway plus finished garage for two vehicles.

Kadenwood is a highly sought-after destination perched almost 1000m above the Creekside village with ski-in/out trails connecting it to the lower Dave Murray Downhill run and Creekside Gondola. As well as being a true ski-in/out it is also a 200m walk from the private Kadenwood gondola to whisk you to the Creekside Village in just a 4-minute gondola ride. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores in the Creekside Village, with just a 12-minute drive from Kadenwood to the main Whistler Village.

Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Year's Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.
