1 master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a bathroom inside the room.
1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a bathroom next to the room.
1 queen size sofa bed at the living room.
1 dining table for 6 guests.

* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* LAUNDRY ROOM (COMMON AREA) from 4pm to 9am.
* FULL KITCHEN with stainless-steel fridge and freezer, regular coffee maker, flat range stove with oven, built-in microwave, stainless-steel sink, sufficient dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the kitchen for maximum occupancy.

Self-Check In is available any time after 3PM. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 12pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK IN AND A LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL THE SAME DAY. We need enough time to clean the apartment following the Covid-19 Cleaning Guidelines so please send your inquiry the same day to check the availability.
* In order to make a reservation, you must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID.
Other things to note

* Check Out time is before 11AM.
To make your departure as easy for you as possible, please follow the check-out procedures listed here:
1. Please don’t forget to lock the door and leave all windows closed on your way out.
2. Please keep us sustainable by turning off television and the lights.
3. We also kindly ask you to remove the garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters located on the side of the property.
4. DO not leave any open containers with food.
5. DO not leave dirty dishes.
