Relaxing Small Town Retreat - Yard and Parking

This newly refinished unique place has a style all its own. Fully fenced in yard - very dog friendly! Private parking space right beside the house. 2 bedrooms - one queen and one full. One full bath and one half.

Our charming house dates back to 1860! We have updated everything to make a wonderful and calming stay just for you! Walk into our beautifully decorated living room with a 43” smart TV. Continue on into our gorgeous full size kitchen where you’ll find everything you need and more! Beautiful butcher block counters and island as well as a dining table for 4. The house features 2 bedrooms - one queen bed and one full bed. You’ll enter into a relaxing oasis filled with thoughtful touches all around you. We have a fun filled lounge room with an XL connect 4 set, many board games, a smart TV and more! The queen bedroom has a custom mural painted by one of the towns local artists. You’ll find this room to be very spacious and filled with everything you need.

We have a quick and easy contactless check in process via our touch pad door code! However, we will always be available over the phone as needed.

15 mins to Litiz
40-45 mins to Hershey
30 mins to Reading

We are located by one of the most historic fire companies in the area, and it is still used as needed. There can be periodic fire alarms.

Amazing spot!

What a great place to stay! Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished property in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay, even if it was a little too chilly for me to try to use the beautiful looking outdoor areas. Everything you need and a really nice property, would love to stay here again!

Ephrata summer stay

Enjoyed a great stay at this property. Having a nice covered deck it was enjoyable too eat dinner outside every evening. The fenced in yard is a plus and gave our small dog room to be outside without a leash. The inside is very spacious and accommodated our needs and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Short getaway

Visited here for a short stay with my mom for her bday present. We love to go antique shopping in the surrounding areas.. perfect please for us and our dogs.. nice fenced in backyard.. all the amenities needed.. would definitely be coming back

Summer family visit 2023

Second time at this convenient pet friendly home near family. We travel from 1200 miles to visit family and friends and this home has everything we need. We are very comfortable here with lots of inside space and outside space to enjoy with visitors and pets. Owner is extremely accommodating and we are thankful for their home.

A Perfect Stay in Ephrata – Home Away From Home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property located in Ephrata and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Great place.

Great spot. Beautiful yard, and property. The neighbor was rude and the small child across the street kept putting his hands through the fence, and bothering our dog. Since we are still training our GSD we ended up having to leave early from our stay, because of the nuisance neighbors.

The property was very nice and with a small yard fenced in. Street was quiet and house was very clean.One thing it isn't good for people with disabilities. The bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs. The stairs are steep. The couch was hard to get out of. My husband has replaced knees and hips. He had troubles getting up from couch.The owners were kind.

Fabulous Vacation

Thank you for sharing your place with me. We had a great time. The place is located in a great area. It was not to far from Lancaster. I found a wonderful thrift shop near by. Also the cloister is located not to far. There is an 8 mile bike trail. You do not even have to bring your bicycle. You can rent bikes for less than $10. The place itself was very clean and well kept. The yard is great. My dog enjoyed herself in the yard. Again thanks. I plan to come back again.

Perfect 3 Day Stay

We absolutely LOVED staying at this home in Ephrata. We had everything we needed and more! We brought our 2 pups and they loved the fenced in backyard space as well as the freedom to roam both inside and outside. The neighbors were FABULOUS - so friendly. We were even invited to church while just hanging on the deck in the yard. Kitchen was perfect to cook all of our meals we brought with us. Bed was SO COMFY and both my husband and son had a blast at Street Outlaws at Maple Grove Raceway (which was the event we were there for). We also got to visit The Green Dragon Flea market and we loved all the Amish people and food. Had a blast and it would not have been as perfect had it not been for this perfect home. Thank you and we look forward to booking again in the future! Jessica

Visiting Family Made Comfortable and Convenient

Clean and comfortable truly enjoyed our 5 nights in spacious pet accommodating home. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and property owner attended to our inquiries. Looking forward to another stay if possible.

Great house and location

This was the cleanest property we have ever rented. House is super cute and comfy. Beds were very comfy. Fenced in yard was a plus for our fur child. Owner provides everything you need. Just pack your bags.

Very nice!

Nice, clean property. Looks like it does on the pictures. Owner communication is great, too. Shopping near by. Quiet neighborhood, but the alarm at fire company went off every day, as stated. So no biggie and it lasts less then a minute. If I am in the area again next year, I would stay here for sure.

Very Clean

This home was very clean. It had all the amenities you would need for a weekend getaway. It is a two story (which I didn't realize when I booked the place with a very narrow stairway.). It had a nice deck off the back of the house, fenced in yard which was great for our dog. It is a duplex, however, we could not hear a peep from our neighbors. The bathrobes were a nice touch. I would recommend this for a quick get away. The furniture was modern so not very comfortable, however, we were not there to lounge!

Fabulous stay

This was the cutest place! Every detail was attended to and the place was so very comfortable! Our small pupper enjoyed the fenced in yard which was also very comfortable! The owner communicated perfectly. We’d definitely stay again!

So Much Attention to Detal

We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the extra touches; the bath salts, robes, organic products, etc. The fenced yard was a nice break from daily walks for the pups. It truly was a beautiful respite from a busy life. Thank you!

Beautiful space for a 4 person family with a 🐶

The property was very pretty and clean. Easy access and the owner was responsive. We had our little dog with us and he had a great time at the backyard. Overall a beautiful stay (even though it was raining the whole two days we were there😞). Would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Excellent experience in Ephrata

Great property with all the amenities. The updates on this house were so beautiful, modern but still homey. Our daughter and dogs enjoyed their stay as well. We didn’t mind the drive to all the destinations in/near Lancaster.
