The kitchen and living room share an open space with a dining table that seats 6, a couch, 2 comfy chairs, and coffee table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking and baking items and tools, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig.

The first floor bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, hanging bars for clothing and a TV. It has an attached bathroom with a double vanity, tub/shower combo and washer/dryer.

The second floor bedroom has a king bed, dresser and hanging bars for clothing. It also includes a TV, desk and sofa with a pull out full sized sleeper. The attached bathroom has a large single vanity plus a large tiled shower with a rain shower head and bench.

There is an iron and ironing board located in the drawer under the dryer. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, make up wipes, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, hand soap, and lotion. The showers have dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple, and we all had an amazing time. The house is beautifully remodeled and sits on a peaceful Christmas tree farm just minutes from downtown Lititz — such a unique and relaxing setting.Both couples loved how comfortable and well‑set‑up the place was. The open kitchen and living area made it easy for all four of us to hang out, cook, and relax together, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and really well done.It was just an easy, fun, hassle‑free weekend for all of us. We’d definitely come back with friends again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home! It was the nicest vacation home we have ever rented - tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean! The amenities were perfect for creating a relaxing and enjoyable space for our long weekend in Lititz.

Beautiful property, relaxing stay!

Our family loved staying here! We were in town for a family wedding and several visits and we loved coming back each day to our home base. Shanelle was quick to respond to correspondence and managed our changing schedule with grace and flexibility. Beautiful countryside to wake up to! Thank you!

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

This was by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect for a couples retreat as both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The countryside was beautiful & we loved visiting with the donkeys in the back pasture. The house was very clean & had everything you can possibly need while away from home. All furnishings were comfortable & hosts were quick to reply with any question or need we had. We cannot wait to visit again!!!

Amazing Hospitality and Exceptional Amenities

Everything is as advertised and beyond, Quite possibly the most comfortable and impressively furnished vacation rental we have been too, not to mention the fantastic location and Shanelle's exceptional Hospitality and accommodation for an early check-in and late check out. Incredible intentional amenities throughout were a pleasant surprise and far exceeded our expectations. Definitely saved for any return stays!

Delightful place to stay in Lititz, PA!

Our hosts made our visit so nice! They included a welcome booklet filled with information about their rental, frequently asked questions, and recommended places to eat and things to do in their community. Their guest home was clean and organized. They even included treats for us from the area. Highly recommend!

This place is gorgeous—the photos don’t even do it justice. Perched with sweeping views of the valley, the home feels like a private retreat with tasteful decor, and a cozy fireplaces.Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed.The host truly goes above and beyond with supplies: full kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee/tea. Board games, books, and extra blankets—whatever we needed was already there. Communication was lightning-fast and warm. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions.

Basketball weekend

Absolutely amazing property. Super clean. Had everything we needed. We have four Littles and they loved the basketball hoop and animals! There were even sound machines in the room, which I appreciated as a mama and first aid kit, which we ended up needing! Could not ask for a better place to stay!

We stayed in this property while my daughter played in a tournament at Spooky Nook. It was about 20-25 mins away but it was a very easy drive. We loved having 2 bedrooms and the washer/dryer are so important when you're playing lots of basketball!!!!! The town of Lititz was so cute with lots of great restaurants. This house was one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. It was recently renovated and they made it beautiful, inviting and comfortable. We loved all the personal touches - like the games, snacks (the chocolate was amazing), etc! Communication was fantastic. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were sad when we had to leave. If we are in the area again we will be back. Thank you!!!

Hey! We're Kris & Shanelle. We are the 4th generation to live on this farm and we love it here. Kris works in the HVAC business and Shanelle has a small batch bakery. In our free time (between our kids' sports) we farm Christmas trees!

Shanelle grew up on this farm and we wanted to raise our kids here as well. It's peaceful and has small town vibes that we love.

Not only are Christmas trees your neighbors but you're also in walking distance to the best pick your own berry farm in Lancaster County! Behind the house there's also a pasture with chickens and 2 miniature donkeys who love visitors.
