The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



The amazing ranch-style bungalow has a large front lawn with beautiful landscaping and trees. You can park your cars in the 2-car garage if you’d like. As you head inside, you will love the beautifully remodeled space. The open concept living area makes the home feel larger. Neutral paint and flooring combined with the stunning and soothing décor creates a relaxing and comforting atmosphere. You’ll immediately feel right at home!



Your whole group will be able to gather in the cozy living room to relax, watch TV, chat, or play games. The beautiful interior design is modern with stunning furniture and décor. The kitchen opens to the living area so everyone can be together. You will love being in this amazing chef's kitchen with stunning granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll find it fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own fresh meals or enjoy some delicious local takeout. Have your meals on the barstools at the large island, in the cute breakfast area, or in the gorgeous dining room.



When you’re ready to get some rest, your whole group will have tons of room to comfortably spread out in the 5 amazing bedrooms. They are all nicely furnished with modern furniture and luxurious linens, perfect for sinking into after a long fun-filled day. You will also have 2.5 bathrooms all of which are clean, nicely updated, and modern, with beautiful tiles and finishes.



Saving the best for last, let’s check out your amazing backyard. It’s fully fenced in so you can truly relax in the privacy of this amazing space. You will have a picnic table to enjoy your meals outdoors, lounge chairs to chill poolside and get your tan on, and a hammock to relax, take a nap, or enjoy a good book in. The modern pool with high-end PebbleSheen finish is the crown jewel of this backyard. Plus, there’s plenty of green space with a play structure for the kids on the grassy area.

The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is located in the Post Oak Manor neighborhood right in Houston! You’ll be just 15 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. You’ll have no problem finding attractions in this area that will appeal to every member of your group.



For some outdoor fun, Wildcat Golf Club is just 13 minutes away and features two 18-hole courses, a driving range, amazing city views, and a delicious grill restaurant. Mercer Botanic Gardens is a 40-minute drive and boasts the largest collection of plants in the region, including native Dogwood trees, rare camphor daisies, vibrant pink camellias, and orchid trees.



If you’re looking to do some shopping, The Galleria shopping mall is 11 minutes away. And downtown Houston offers many exciting attractions, including Houston Downtown Aquarium, Houston Zoo, Houston Grand Opera, and the Historic District, featuring 19th-century architecture and classy restaurants. The Museum of American Architecture and Decorative Arts allows visitors to take a step back in time as they learn about the social history and culture of people settling in Texas from 1830 to 1930. The Children’s Museum of Houston is tons of fun for the kids and holds 90,000 square feet of interactive exhibitions related to science, history, health, arts, technology, culture, and human development.



The Space Center is 30 minutes away and is a must-see. Discover the promising future and extraordinary past of America’s human spaceflight program set among more than 400 space artifacts, including flown spacecraft and the largest collection of moon rocks on public display.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
